I didnât expect glitter
I wanted to use this mug for coffee. But the surface of the mug is glitter. Nothing in the description of the product says its surface is glitter. Disappointed. And itâs un returnable, soIâm out the money .

Great product and great service!
Review #!: I use it in the microwave daily. I don’t have a dishwasher, but it looks like it would be fine in one. It looks great and I love it! Review #2: This is my second review for the same customized mug. I loved the first one, broke it, and reordered immediately. There was a problem with the second delivery and I reached out to the company. There were super responsive and nice about it. I just received my #3 mug. It arrived sooner than promised. I love it! A+ product and company!

Super cute! Items were packaged very well, nothing broken, not even a chip.
My 93-year-old mother-in-law recently found a mug with her name on it and was so excited however the checkout line was so terribly long where we were we opted not to get it, she talked about it for weeks later. I found this and was able to personalize it with more than just her name and she absolutely loved it!!!I like that you were able to choose from several fonts, to so we ordered a couple of different mugs in different colors with different names and verses on them. Great gift idea.
