When I created my mug online, the wording went right across the photo. I was concerned about this. When my mug arrived it was situated correctly under the photo. Don’t get discouraged if this happens to you. Excellent quality, perfectly clear picture and made a great gift!

okay as long as you pick a good picture
I got a mug with two different pictures. one was well lit and turned out fine. the other unfortunately had some shadows which resulted in a grainy picture. mother in law still loved it.

Poor Quality. Skip.
Wish we had time to return it – photos are small so lots of white space , crooked, font messages are two different sizes and images are pixelated. Wish I had saved the money.

Easy to customize
It was easy to customize the mug and add a picture to the front and back of the mug. Just downloaded the image and chose the location and they did the rest. The blue color on the handle matched the color on the picture exactly. So easy to showcase my granddaughter’s artwork and create a lasting memento for her. Average sized mug has a clean white finish and colored handle and interior. Great gift for a budding artist, parent or grandparent.
