I ordered it for my boyfriend’s birthday gift, and he absolutely loved itð He sent me pics of the mug, and it seems like the quality is goodð The package arrived his place a bit later than expected date, but it was around Valentine’s day, so it’s understandable.

Very satisfied
I loved the customized mug. It was better than what I expected. My logo came out really clear And colors were vibrant. The quality of the mug is good. I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is my own fault. When I designed the mug, I put everything on the back instead of the front. However, everyone that I showed them loved it. I plan on continuing to use this company for future designs.

Lovely graphics, poor quality cup
I was very pleased when I received this. Graphics were nice and crisp. Really looked nice. Sadly, within a month it had a hairline crack across the bottom and traveling up the sides. Afraid to put hot liquid in so I threw it away.
