Exactly as expected
The mug is exactly as described. Itâs a solid standard sized mug in white. I received this through Vine so I did not have an option to customize it but the quality of the mug is very good and it arrived well packaged to avoid damage.

Good mug, can be sublimated on
Supposedly these are customizable, but I did not see that option available for these as a review item. That is fine for me, I got the mug to put my own image on it myself. My review is on the quality of the mug itself since I did not get to use the customization service.I am pleased with how the mug was packaged for shipping. It comes in a pretty box that will be good for gifting and has foam on the top and bottom for cushioning. My mug arrived clean and unbroken.I got this mug to sublimate on it and got it in basic white for that reason. The plain white mug sublimated well. I set my press to 365 degrees and pressed for 180 seconds and got good results.
