Great coffee mug!
The only thing my spouse asked to have for Christmas was a coffee mug, which I had no choice but to have it made it custom since I waited to long to order one from overseas == also it would have cost a lot more to get one from the UK.The mug is well made — fits comfortably in the hand, it is light and sturdy, although I doubt it would survive being dropped but few mugs would survive. It has so far easily withstood a dozen or so hot washes in the dishwasher with no degradation of the artwork. The artwork is crisp and clear (I sent a transparent GIF that perhaps wasn’t the highest quality possible, but the seller did an amazing job making it look fantastic — don’t know if they did any edits to the artwork.) It’s my spouse’s new favorite mug and it is used almost every day.It took exactly two weeks from the time of order to arrive, and I was a little worried it might not make it for Christmas morning but make it on time it did. Christmas was not ruined! LOL. It would have been fine if it came late — maybe just a little disappointing, but I should have ordered one much sooner than I did, so no complaints here. The seller did Looking at the tracking history, the mug was shipped two days after ordering, so it was in transit for 12 days. Honestly, printing up a mug in two days and shipping it is really impressive.If we do end up breaking the mug accidentally, I will have no problem ordering another. Very pleased. 🙂

Fast service. Nice mug. Nice work. Only thing is that image is a bit hard to get exactly centered when uploading. So my text was just a millimeter slanted off. But not really noticeable except by me. Will certainly order again from this custom maker.
