Loved great customer service
The coffee mugs are beautiful ! A nice bright color. The only downside was that 3 cups came broken. I blame either the poor wrapping or transportation. Luckily I sent an email and had no problem getting replacements.

Writings come off with just one hand wash.
Upon touching the mugs with hands, the customized writing come off. Product is not good. I bought as a marketing gift for my guests. I was very embarrassed. Seller does not offer a refund. Very deceiving.

GOT WHAT I ORDERED
I received exactly what I ordered and they made good gifts. I added vinyl to them, but did not think about where ones lips might hit when drinking from it. If I had thought about the size of the mug and the vinyl emblem I was placing on it I would have realized that I would need a larger size mug to avoid that.

Nice mug! Classy appearance, color choices, and scripts. I’m very pleased.
