CUP is very nice, the print well done, the cup is strong , do not find many 20 oz size so that is a big PLUS for me– the handle is also a plus , it is wide enough for big hands for my husband to hold onto. We’re not happy with the quality of the printing. It’s fading and bleeding after a few weeks use.This cup was a gift for my wife. She was very happy with it when she first got it. She’s always hand washed it even though the instructions said it was dishwasher safe after the first washing.

I like this mug. The two downsides were a permanent black speck inside the cup, and it is not dishwasher safe as it says. The print looks runny after sending it through a cycle. I’ll hand wash from now on. Otherwise, the pictures came out great.

Mug was fine at first, nice size etc. Now some months on the image (family crest) I had put on has begun to fade and blur and look smudged. I wouldn’t get this if you want a mug to use regularly and have last for awhile. Also, since it’s china-made I could begin to worry if something nefarious had been done to it’s paint or ceramic composition etc. to cause harm. Might just be an unreasonable fear but…you just don’t know these days.
