Faulty Design
I am a strong supporter of Cusiniart products. I have many of their products in my home. However, this product was NOT worth the purchase.PRO: Design is stylish, space requirements are small, and water heats very quick.CON: Water leakage. The first unit I received was returned within 2 weeks due to water leaking from the back of the unit. The 2nd unit less than 7 months. (I used the unit 2x everyday, heavy coffee drinker.) The water was leaking from the back and bottom of the unit.I DO NOT recommend this product. No warranty coverage available or way to repair the product after having it for such a short period of time and the amount that was paid was 100% lost.I replaced this Cusiniart product with the Hario V60 Drip Coffee Decanter (700ml), which has given me excellent results and coffee.

An Excellent Addition To My Rig
I’m an OTR trucker and this is my second purchase of this brewer. I use the first one for my BBQ competitions for coffee and instant hot water for clean up. Buy this. You won’t be disappointed.

Very good customer service. I ordered a coffee maker and it came in defective, they sent me a another one very quickly and this on works like it should!!
