Note: 1)Too coarse a grind, too little coffee, or insufficiently tamping the grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. 2)It is important to note that the amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and amount and reprogramming may be needed when the size and amount are adjusted

MUST-HAVE FEATURES: Our 10-cup coffee brewer allows you to control your brew strength so you can boast light to strong coffee flavor as well as adjust your carafe water temperature that runs through its charcoal water filter
SIMPLIFY YOUR MORNING: Fill your tank with ease featuring our easy-view water window and pour a cup before your brew cycle ends with our Brew Pause feature

Customers say

Customers are satisfied with the coffee maker’s cup capacity. However, they have issues with spillage, leakage, and water capacity. They report that the coffee grounds and water keep splashing around as it brews the single cup. There are also complaints about the reservoir leaking water all over the counter and the carafe leaking when you pour coffee. There are mixed opinions on the coffee quality, temperature, design, and functionality.

    Just What I Wanted
I have used a Cuisinart Thermal Carafe coffee maker for so many years now, and I will never stray from it! I wanted a single serve option also as we’re empty nesters and this has worked out so perfectly! I’m thrilled with this, it makes a nice strong single cup of coffee, which is exactly what I was looking for, but one could easily adjust the strength if you don’t like a killer amount of caffeine like I do! I saw some reviews that said the single serve splattered a bit, but my coffee cups are all kind of large, so this isn’t a problem at all, perhaps just using a larger cup could solve this problem. This coffee maker also looks great, very aesthetically pleasing. I do have to scoot it out to fill the water tank, but it’s surprisingly easy to move on my granite counter… that being said, I will still get an appliance mat to go under it. All in all, I’m really very happy with this coffee maker! OH, I neglected to say that I never use the pods, only ground coffee, so I can’t speak to pod use with this coffee maker, but using ground coffee is great! I do suggest a second filter cup though, just makes it easier for use when 2 people are making coffee.

    Love this combo!
I had the regular Cuisinart brew and grind and wanted something that I could still brew but wanted something that if I just wanted 1 cup in the afternoon or on the run I could without going though making a small pot. As far as the single pod section, you can use a pod, OR the machine comes with a filter where the pod goes so that you can put reg. coffee in and it strains it for 1 use. Each side comes with little charcoal water filters but I used filtered water for drinking or coffeemaking, so its optional. On the single pod side, I just fill up the back water, put the pod in , close it and put my 16 oz cup underneath and bam!… good to go! Toss the pod and if you set the notification, lets U know when its done. I always removed the pod immediately and leave it open to air dry as well as dump the rest of the water out of the back of the pod water holder and leave the top off to air dry for sanitation reasons. The coffee pot side, you just put in the V shape filter, fill with coffee and fill the water on the left side of the machine ( behind the V filter). You can see how many cups of water on the left side. Close lid and hit the brew button. This machine also comes with a clean function, bold button…so easy to use! It will not grind coffee grounds but I love this just the same! I highly recommend it!

    K-cup is a disaster!
The coffee craft part was fine. The k cup is HORRIBLE! If the arrows are not aligned the it looks like a coffee grind explosion! When the arrows are aligned the coffee going into the cup splatters All over the coffee craft, the cup ( smaller the cup less gets in it), and counter. Got over $200 and the brand I expected to not have problems on day one!Cleaning the craft is easy, I just wish they put the same effort into the k cup. K cup when arrows are not lined up all the grinds leave the k cup and grinds all in coffee and chamber, when arrows are aligned only the part the pierced the k cup is complete covered in coffee grinds. You can not take the part out to clean (a feature our old coffee maker had that was $100), so grinds get everywhere when you try to scoop it out of the needle chamber, and in the needle. Took me three times longer to clean the k cup dispenser then it took to brew a coffe ground cup of coffee. So needless to say, no clue if the coffee itself brews well. We’re as the coffee craft flavor was fine, nothing that warrants the price, but just fine. The insulated coffee craft keeps it warm, k cup well idk.Would like to point out the instructions book is not so great. I had to look up videos to figure it out, or they didn’t put a complete copy in.Will be returning this disasters. I advise anybody who actually wants to use the k cup, not purchase, if you like a decent craft and wanna waist money on a product you can only use half of, go for it!

Much better than the Cuisinart single cup model
Like the single cup version, it makes a great coffee. Unlike the single cup version, it readily accepts travel mugs and makes a full 10 cup pot which the thermal carafe keeps pipping hot for hours. Only drawback is that the water tank for the carafe can be difficult to fill without making a mess.

Second Purchase of a Cuisinart Maker
We chose this brand because it offers a stainless steel carafe that truly keeps coffee warm for hours. This model is different from our previous; this offers the option for single serve pods, which is a nice feature. What I dislike: it is Very Hard to pour without making a mess! Water goes everywhere because of the shape of the lid on the carafe, and there’s a tall plastic piece that holds a water filter, which splashes the water everywhere. This lid is just as the original one we had; which was also annoying. It is Very difficult when you go to pour that last cup of coffee also- it spills out the top holes; you actually have to hold the pot nearly upside-down to get the last cup of coffee out! The hinged lid on the coffee maker itself doesn’t hinge back far enough to give you enough room to pour water into the machine. I also don’t care for the fact that the blue light stays on All the time, “indicating low water level” on the single serve side. I don’t want to keep water in there just to get stagnant! I feel it should have it’s own On/Off switch. We also purchased it because of the price- we didn’t want to spend over $200 to get a different brand. But I think we should have!
