    I love this coffee maker.
This is a great coffee maker. I happen to be babysitting my sisters cat and used hers and fell in love. I have had no issues with it as of now. I hope it lasts awhile since it is now discontinued.

    Great versatile coffee maker
I bought the refurbished combination K cup and carafe coffee maker at a really good price. It has worked without a flaw since the day I got it and set it up. The K cup side has a large water tank so you can make two or three cups without having to refill it. The carage side has a warming tray feature that gives you a choice of keeping the warming on for 30 minutes, an hour or two hours. Both coffee making features have a charcoal filter in the water tanks to make the water taste better. You can’t go wrong with this refurbished product, if you can get it, and its 90 day money back warranty.

Failed several months in, didn’t realize, and ignored by manufacturer.
Coffee maker started to leak water out of the bottom of the unit near the hot plate, not the single serve reservoir, and when making a full size pot I would lose a 1-2 cups on the counter. The single serve tank is a known problem, but less so the main tank.I thought, at the time, it was me pouring sloppy or too quickly and it going onto the counter. However after making a pot and watching it seep out the side of the unit emptying 8 cups of water onto the counter… I was not impressed…. I tried to make another pot last night because COFFEE and it emptied 10 cups of water onto the counter only filling the carafe with 2…. Sigh.Contacted Cuisinart and got ZERO reply. Honestly disappointed and annoyed. I’ve bought nothing but their coffee makers for 20 years and this was the first I had problems with, and the last… since my attempt to get even a response was ignored I guess I have to go with another brand.

Perfect dual machine for the price.
Great coffee maker. Using K-cups is new to us and this machine makes it easy. Looks great, doesn’t take up much more room than our old coffee maker and less than 2 separate units. Awesome features that all work well. Had our last Cuisinart 14 years ( still working and even passed it along to someone in need), we’ll hope this one makes it that long.

    Renewed? Looked new to us!
This is a replacement for a Cuisinart coffee maker that served us well for many years. We looked at several other brands before ordering this one, but this Cuisinart is head and shoulders above the others with 2 minor exceptions. 1) The k-cup side splatters coffee on the counter when making a single cup. We now use a travel mug as a k-cup carafe and our counter stays spot free. 2) As designed the k-cup maker occasionally failed to pierce the bottom of a k-cup pod which resulted in grounds and coffee all over the counter. Now we manually press the pod down and pierce the bottom of the pod before closing the lid, no more messes. Last night my wife programed the coffee maker to brew a pot at 6:30 am. I got up before then and made a k-cup of Pike Place without disturbing the programing and it brewed the full pot of coffee at 6:30.

    I love this coffee maker
I bought this coffee maker because I am often the ONLY person drinking coffee. However, sometimes I do have people over and I wanted the option to brew a full pot. I also liked that I could use my own coffee using a reusable filter because it feels environmentally irresponsible to me to use individual K-cups. The only down side is it does spatter a bit, but I can live with that.I am only commenting here because I had a problem that I could only remedy by going to YouTube. I wanted to share it here. I went to make myself a cup of coffee and I forgot to put the filter on the single side. The results were a spattered mess of coffee grounds inside a coffee sludge cup. Not appetizing! After cleaning up the mess, I saw a new light show up. It was red indicating that it needed to be cleaned. I looked carefully, cleaned some more, got out a paperclip, cleaned the piercing needle. Nothing worked. The manual doesn’t mention this step so I will share it here.Press the left and center button at the same time. That will put the single side into cleaning mode. Run the water through, perhaps vinegar and water a few times. Then rinse it out well. The red light goes away.
