What a pain!
Great cup of coffee. BUT, soooo hard to pour water in. Soooo messy cleaning goop out of the grinder every time, and cumbersome to put in filters under the grinder insert. Water level hard to see. LCD display hard to see. But tasty hot coffee.

I love this machine! So happy with it. I do not find it hard or messy to clean. I just take out the basket, dump grinds in trash, rinse basket remains in sink and rinse the grinder under water. I put these parts and the carafe in dishwasher weekly. This is the best, most reliable maker I have ever had. It is easy to set for the amount of cups I want to make. Yes the water is a little difficult to pour in, but for the price and quality, I am purchasing one for my daughter too! I purchased in 2024 and it is brewing beautifully!
