Milk frother does not work
Seems like a nice machine. Support helped be find out how to get the pressure in the optimal zone -though I would say you should be able to get in the optimal (green pressure) zone with any cup. The second main problem is that the frother only works for about 10 seconds. The steamer has to be turned off-and-on about every 1 seconds to get the frother to work.Second update: New machine received. The steamer worked great, but the guage did not work.

Ez to set up and use.
Liked, love this product. Ez to set up. Ez to use. Ez to prepare the best tasting coffee ever. Heat level can go to 96, but 92 is very good. Build quality is surprisingly strong and durable. Excellent value for money.

The frother leaked internally and every shot was either over/underextracted.
1. The frother leaked internally and the drip tray would fill up everytime I used the steam function. Don’t bother expecting a good rich foam (silk like) on plant based alternative milk with this mid-par frother.2. I couldn’t pull a single good espresso shot, I watched all the videos here and all of them are either over or underextracted. I tasted my shots and they were just bad. I played with the grind size, tamping, distribution, literally everything but I was unable to get a single shot that I could consume. I’m at a loss here.3. The grinder isn’t static so if you plan on using this machine, you will either want to spray your beans with a little bit of water and plan on using a wdt distribution tool to break away any clumps.4. I found the grouphead a little hard to fit in and twist to secure.The only good thing about this machine is that the top heats up real nice for your cups to warm up. This went back to Amazon in 24 hours. NOT worth it for me.

Stellar machine for the price point
This machine makes great lattes out of the box with very few adjustments needed. Really impressed by its sturdiness, ease of use and quality of espresso it makes.

Just a great coffee machine
