    Very nice machine
I love this thing. I’m not a coffee freak but I know what I like. I started buying coffee beans and bought a coffee mill. When I needed a new one I decided to upgrade to a burr grinder. Totally worth it! Not as noisy, grind is perfect, and coffee does taste better. I love that I can grind a large a large amount of beans at one time. I love using it. I’ve only had it for a few days so I hope it continues to impress.

Nice control over grind quality… lots to clean though
If you want a high quality grinder that functions to grind for any type of brewing, this is it. It’s easy to set up and use, but I will say that there’s a lot of moving parts and though it comes with nice little brushes for cleaning, this is quite a hassle to take apart and make sure every little crevice is free of any coffee grounds. It’s also huge.

    Great burr coffee bean grinder
This coffee grinder is fairly compact. We make pour over coffee in the morning and grind beans fresh each morning. The Good:1. Has easy adjustment from pretty fine to very coarse. You just twist the top bean holding cup to change settings. Very easy to find the perfect grind for your brewing style.2. Has run settings in “cups of coffee” from 2 to 12. You have to calibrate this to the amount of coffee that you use per cup. I set mine to grind 2 cups and did it three times for a total of 6 cups. With my beans and set on medium grind it averaged 16.7g per cup which is about 4 tablespoons. This is about right for strong pour over coffee.3. Very little static generated when grinding. Some bean grinders will generate a lot of static and there are coffee grounds stuck everywhere. Not so here.4. Inspecting the burr the materials used and construction look good. I expect this machine to last. The Not so Good:1. The grinder has settings from 2 cups to 12 cups for the amount of coffee to be ground. The container that receives the ground coffee is relatively small and is pretty full at a setting of 6. If you use any setting over 6 the grounds are going to back up into the machine. The receiving container fits snugly with the grinder and this may contribute to reducing static. i did not try to use a bigger, more open container to see if it would generate static. If you are using the supplied receiving container don’t use a setting greater than 6. This doesn’t cause a problem for me and I did not deduct any stars for this.

    AWESOME coffee grinder!
We have been using this coffee grinder for a few weeks now and LOVE IT. There is nothing better than freshly ground coffee in the morning. I use an Aeropress to make my coffee and my daughters use our espresso machine. I thought my coffee was good before but this takes it to a whole new level! I have not changed anything other than using this grinder. Before, I was buying a whole bean bag of coffee at Costco and using their grinder on my way out of the store and then storing the “freshly ground” coffee in the freezer to keep it as fresh as possible, keeping only a small amount at room temp at a time to use. I really thought that was working well until now. This is a game changer. I love the convenience of the “hopper” on top which you can put the coffee beans in and it can keep several days’ worth of coffee there. It does make noise when it’s grinding the beans but it does not bother me. This works so well! We use the “10” setting in the finer grind area recommended for espressos and we get a nice, even grind at that setting. It seems to work perfectly for all of our coffee preferences 🙂

This is a great coffee grinder!
I love this grinder! It has multiple grind settings for various types of coffee-makers, from drip to espresso to gravity grinds, and everything in between. If you like coarse grind, it’ll do it…if you like the finest grind (almost to dust), it’s got you covered…and with no mess on the counter! (my old grinder is pretty messy because the grinds need to be transferred from the grinder to a container, and coffee goes all over)I love the fact that this grinder isn’t very noisy at all.It has a dial that sets it to automatically stop grinding at your desired amount of coffee, from 2 – 12 cups worth. The hopper for the whole beans holds quite a bit of beans. The ground coffee drops directly into the provided cup, and the lid has a stopper so it can store ground coffee for later use. This grinder is very professional-looking and looks great on my counter. I’ve used it for a few weeks now and have absolutely no complaints about it. All-around, it’s a great addition to my coffee-making station!
