Taste ok, the package I received seem to be fresh.. lacking flavor for me, and so I added more beans to my normal pot to pump up the flavor profile.

COLD BREW RECOMMENDED
As an avid coffee lover, I actually meant to order a lighter roast. This dark roast can taste a little burnt in espresso machines, but I found it was perfect for cold brew so that no extra heat was added.
