Delicious
I have this coffee on subscription because it’s such a rich, smooth and aromatic coffee. Tastes wonderful and doesn’t have any bitterness. I tried it for the first time from Costco and was happy to see it available through Amazon.

UPDATE:
After 4th day the results are in. This is average coffee. We added our own flavoring to the water prior to brewing .BUT: UPDATING …. WE SWITCHED GRINDERS TO GET THE NICE LOOKING BEANS GROUND SUPER FINE AND THEN THE FLAVOR CAME FULLY THROUGH AND MADE EXCELLENT COFFEE. WILL BUY AGAIN. HAPPIER NOW.

Acidic
Iâm kinda pickier with my coffee & not for any specific reason other than flavor & preferences but this one is definitely more on the acidic side. Good flavor & size for price but definitely more acidic than most.

Smooth taste, great mouthfeel
Using this in a French Press. Very silky and smooth. No aftertaste, no bitterness. I feel this is a premium coffee I would expect to be served in an upscale restaurant.Tried Southern Pecan, very tasty. We’ll try some other types from Copper Moon next.Very fresh and perfectly roasted beans.

It’s ok but we wont be buying again. Needed a substitute for another Costa Rican Coffee
Price is good but doesnt cut it in our house. We were looking for a substitute for Kirkland Costa Rica Coffee that is no longer offered for sale. Cooper Moon is not a comparable coffee. Cooper Moon is a more mild coffee, much lighter color bean instead of the deep dark roasted bean we were used too.If you’re looking for a moderate mild coffee that has flavor this might suit you. If you looking for a solid strong flavorful coffee this one will disappoint.We just ordered some what we hope is more dark roasted coffee beans, hopefully strong enough to mix with this one instead of throwing it away.

Fabulous aroma
I like the aroma of the hazelnut dark roast beans. I mis half of this with regular dark roast beans for my espresso. Makes a great cafe latte.
