Leaky lid, had it replaced, then the glass cracked whole washing.
The first order came with a defective or wrong cap which wouldn’t seal. I figured this out the first time I screwed it on and put in my backpack and it leaked all over. I returned it then it came with a different lid, but while washing it by hand I noticed it had cracked whn i bumped it on the side of my sink. Definitely didn’t hit it hard enough to crack but it did. Also was uncomfortable to drink from. I didn’t buy a new one. It was pretty to look at and it was nice to see my loose leaf teas in it but was not practical.

Outside stays comfortable when you add hot water! Love it!
We’ve been seeking a glass tea bottle since we’re trying to avoid plastic, but I’ve tried a few that get so hot after pouring the hot tea water in I can’t drink out of them comfortably. This COMI exceeded expectations – my partner and I both have one now! We put our loose leaf tea in the little basket, screw the filter top on, and our the boiling water from the tea pot right over it. It seeps well, and you can start drinking as soon as the water is warm to taste! The outside of the glass is perfectly comfortable! It is warm – but perfectly fine to grasp with your hand and drink. Then to clean, we take the filter basket out, dump the leaves, and wash it for the next day. We’ve been hand washing b/c we take them to work each day, and that’s been working well.

I’m quite happy with the bottle so far. It doesn’t leek! I was looking for a bottle that has no metal in the lid, as I don’t tolerate it. No metal, except in the filters, which I won’t use. Those look like low grade stainless steel however. But I wouldn’t expect other similar products to be better in that regard.

Love this!
I absolutely loved this bottle. I never had issues whatsoever and was using it multiple times on a daily basis for months straight– until I made the smart decision to clean it with hot water and then immediately drop ice cubes in it. To no one’s surprise, the inner glass layer completely shattered at the sudden temperature change. I was devasted, but it was entirely my fault. I’d bonked it against enough surfaces to know it was a durable force to my clumsiness, so I can’t agree with other reviews that say it’s fragile. It’s out of stock right now unfortunately, but if they ever sell again I will definitely repurchase!

Perfect for hot or cold infused teas. It is very sturdy and durable. The infuser works well, with minimal debris in the actual drink.

Has Plastic in it… AND made in CHINA
Misleading, Has plastic under the lid. Haven’t used the metal inserts because I didn’t buy t for that but it works fine for the water in it like how it is the double wall. DO NOT like how it is misleading in that there is PLASTIC UNDER the lid, was trying to go plastic-free like it was advertised… But I own it now so I will keep it till it breaks and find something to use the plastic in or reuse it. ALSO, it is made in China… Had I known that I would have kept looking. I wish they would let us know where these products were MADE so buyers can make the CHOICE on where we WANT to BUY OUR products FROM!! We have to have them listed in the USA on the back of the labels, why are they not having Amazon have them in the listing or the pictures??
