Do not this product. Itâs POS very cheap product
Warning do not buy. Itâs a POS. Power button worked first time used and was broken after just the same as one one other review. Stay away returning ASAP

Love it!
I absolutely love this iced coffee maker.I saw where some said their button didn’t work? I thought at 1st mine didn’t either. I didn’t realize you had to pull off the whole top to pour the water in. I was just pulling out the filter basket to pour the water in. You have to take the top that holds the filter basket out to pour the water into the part that heats it. *Then the light will come on when you push it. I’m going to buy another one for the motorhome. The coffee tastes awesome.

I bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday since he loves iced coffee and seemed like a great idea, even though it took almost a month to arrive. He was very excited to try it. However, the machine is not working and he couldn’t get his coffee. The button doesn’t work correctly since it will light up but doesn’t brew the coffee even though t is full of water. Sometimes it will brew it for two seconds and stop. But most of the time even if you press the button nothing happens. And it’s supposed to brew until the water is empty. We have tried googling also the different problems this machine might have (which are a lot) and done what the people said in order to fix it, but it still doesn’t work. We thought we leave it to cool down and try again.. but of course that doesn’t work either. In the end, we cannot use it.Big disappointment and waste of money.

Fantastic customer service from Amazon and the seller. Unfortunately the start button on the machine did not work and there were issues with returning to the seller. A full refund has been granted.

Makes very good ice coffee.
Happened to see this pop up on Amazon while looking for something else and decided to give it a look. Glad I did. I used it today and was very pleased with the coffee it made. The measurements the instructions tell you to use are just right for a delicious iced coffee. It definitely melts your ice initially but I just added more. I think the key is to have really large ice cubes maybe from an ice tray. Iâll be using this regularly from now on!

I use this everyday for iced tea 🙂
I would have given 5 stars but the first one I purchased – only lasted a few months then started leaking. I purchased a 2nd one – because I use this literally every day. I LOVE McDonalds unsweet tea – and was buying 1 or 2 a day. When I saw this iced coffee maker on sale – I immediately purchased it but not for iced coffee – for iced tea! Perhaps you need to rebrand – to iced coffee and iced tea maker. I fill with water – use one or two tea bags – and it makes perfect iced tea. I’m never going back. I love the tumbler but when it’s not clean, I just reuse a washed McDonalds cup from a recently purchased iced tea when I’m out an about.
