Great if you don’t have a kettle already
This pour over coffee set is easy to use following tutorials even meant for more mainstream brand versions, and it comes with pretty much everything you need except for the coffee beans. It is worth noting that this is not like most other pour over sets, which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you want to use it. Most other sets I have seen are just one glass piece that holds the filter and collects the coffee. This set is two independent glass pieces, one for holding the filter and another with varying functions, and a metal holding stand. The second glass piece is shaped like a pitcher and can be used as the coffee collector, or you can just put a mug as the collector and use this glass to pour the hot water like a kettle. I donât have a kettle for pouring the hot water over the coffee grounds, so I appreciated that this set came with a pitcher. I also feel like this pitcher gives you very good control over pouring the water, which is definitely helpful with pour-over. If you do have a kettle already, you will probably just use the glass pitcher as the coffee collector, but then it would be more convenient if the pour-over set was just one piece and didnât require you to also store a metal stand. So I think this set is great if you donât have a kettle, and while it still works if you are using a kettle with it, another design might be more convenient. It is slightly easier to clean the two separate glass pieces than a traditional pour-over glass, so that is a factor too. Also worth noting is that the set, although kind of wide with the stand, fit on my kitchen scale, which is important since weighing things is almost essential for pour-over.

Thin glass and coil is not straight.
The coffee drip works fine, but there is a couple of not so good findings.1. Glass is very thin, especially top drip/filter holder. Feels like it’ll break anytime.2. The copper coil, is not position right. Not sure it’s due to shipping, but when I mount the top dripper, it line up all the way to the left. Coffee drips fine, but looks crooked from front – I was not able to bend it back to center for it was very tough to bend, and I didn’t want to apply too much force for it may break.It’s nice that they included the filters. I have my own metal filter, and it fits fine.I recommend since it works fine.

Nice looking dripper.
The alignment of the filter holder with the coffee cup is visually off. Judging by another reviewer, it’s not a one off, they’re all probably made like that. Functionally, it doesn’t affect anything, it just doesn’t look visually symmetric. If you have OCD, this dripper might trigger you. The coffee cup feels decently strong but the filter holder does feel a little on the delicate side, just assume that neither will survive a fall.
