This cocktail smoker kit is pure awesome! It’s like adding a secret ingredient to your drinks. The torch is super easy to use, and the wood chips provide a lovely depth of flavor. It came with everything you need (minus the butane for the torch so keep that in mind), so you can dive right in and start smoking up a storm. It definitely adds a nice complexity to your every day beverage. I love that it came with a little booklet with different ways to utilize it as well, including smoking the whiskey stones. I use the lighter to also help start the fire in the fire place because itâs very strong. Donât try lighting a candle with it.The accessories included are pretty cool. I will never drink whisky or bourbon the same again. I used the kit on a bottle that I was not much a fan of to test the quality and deliverance of the smoking. I used the cedar chips to test it on a Japanese whiskey. I drank the whiskey neat to figure the pallet, and then tried it with the smoke infused. I wasnât a fan of the tradition neat, too many flavors and smells bouncing around, creating an unusual experience. After smoke infusing the same whiskey, I went from a bottle I would never want to finish to an amazing drink. The smoke helped balance the whiskey and help create a full body drink.Original taste was sweet floral taste to start, to a mixed herbal finish. Not bitter but not good. No burn, but very confused taste.After smoke infusion, the flavors became complete. A sweet vanilla start with a caramel finish. Very full bodied and complete.Definitely worth the money and experience.

Great product for the money. I’ve read reviews about the challenge with using the torch. I didn’t have any issues. It is plastic, but it works. I am sure metal would cost more.Pros:Great layout of all the items.Plenty of wood chipsEasy use for first timerOpportunity for experimental flavorsCons:No gauge to see the amount of lighter fluid when filling up.Recommendation:Menu of what chips to use with certain drinks.Menu/measurements for amount of would chips per drink.This is well worth the money. I could taste the flavor on my first try and not filling up the wood chip holder.

I forgot to write the review after we got it. We got this for my husband for Father’s day. He likes it and says it gives the whiskey and interesting flavor. Came with many great flavors to smoke with the whiskey. (It didn’t come with whisky to clarity) The smoker itself fits most whiskey glasses and even shot glasses.
