Great Customer Service — Great Product
This company has awesome customer service! That’s why I can give them a 5. Our original shaker came in and the lid didn’t fit. I didn’t have a chance to do anything about it when I got an email from Innovee asking how everything was with my order. I explained the problem and they responded immediately! They credited my account for the original purchase, sent a brand new order for free, followed up to make sure we got that one and that it was as expected — it was! When we got the second Cocktail Shaker we found the problem – the lid rim was not long enough to go over the shaker on the original one. The second one works perfectly!Innovee followed up again to make sure we were satisfied and provided an offer of 20% off our next purchase. All in all I am very pleased with our product and most particularly with the customer service we received. Thanks Innovee!!

Itâs large, looks nice, has a lot of features and accessories for the price and generally does what it should. Itâs really a basic tool so hard to go wrong.What many mentioned about the top not quite fitting correctly is absolutely true. It hasnât affected functionality for me yet, but it is annoying to struggle for a few seconds to put the top on.Other than that, Iâm not sure if Iâd buy this one again. But itâs good enough. And a terrific value.

Quality shaker – Good price!
Received today and made a dirty martini. No leakage, great controllable pour using strainer in top. Great product, and so much easier to use than the 2 piece kind with hand held strainer. Great price for a quality product. Would buy again!

Nicely Made
I previously had a slightly-smaller shaker, bought at the grocery store for nearly as much money (and that didn’t even come with a jigger). It was a pain to work with. It was too small for one thing. And the pieces were poorly machined, so they could be nearly impossible to pull apart if you assembled them too tightly. By contrast, this set is very nicely machined. The pieces fit together perfectly, but the friction fit is not so tight that you can’t get them apart again later. The 24-oz size is very convenient. All in all, a good buy.

This shaker was great for 2 years. The strainer part fell out of the top.It was used heavily. I would not recommend this for busy bartending.

I looooove wines but martini’s as well and i love hosting parties. My original cockatail shaker was stolen along with other things and, like James Bond, like my vodka martini’s shaken not stirred. Well, I love Amazon, most of my stuff is bought there because of the quality, selection and price I saw this one and loved the reviews.. I got it the day I had 5 friends over and we shook that martini shaker like crazy and had a ball. It’s beautiful, easy to clean, good size for 3 martini’s or 4 if you’re not much of a drinker. Shines beautifully. Price was great, and shipping was free because I am a PROUD PRIME MEMBER!!!

Un très beau desing, simple mais très bien fini, je ne regrette pas cet achat qui fait suite à un première commande (plus chère) qui ne m’a jamais été livrée !!Parfait pour un cadeau car l’emballage est soignée, un petit livre de recettes est inséré dans la boite , c’est sympa.Très ergonomique et sans fuite à nous les cocktails et les cafés et thés glacés … passe au lave vaisselle !!Si je n’ai qu’un conseil à donner, ne pas chercher à payer plus cher un produit de qualité !!
