GREAT cup of JOE, Compact and EASY to use!!
I love, LOVE my new little coffee maker.Tips:I did run vinegar and water through 3x to clean and then water 3x upon receipt. I use water from a supplier out of my water cooler.I use my Glass Measuring Cup to pour the water in.I did notice it must have a temp regulator because when using hot water from water cooler it speeds up process and the temp of the coffee comes out the same as when tested using normal water from the tap.I bought refillable k cups to use and it has made perfect hot cups of coffee and tea. I do notice LESS IS MORE when using refillable k cups. The more coffee grounds you put in (overfilling it) the weaker the coffee. Fill them about 1/2 full. You only need 1 tea bag to make a nice cup of tea, as well.(The k-cups I bought worked GREAT!! Maxware 4 Reusable Refillable Coffee Filters For Keurig Family 2.0 and 1.0 Brewers Fits K200, K300/K350/K360,/K450/K460, K500/K550/K560 (Purple, 4) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06WWFTQLC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_bBqRCb1G0ZRSG n were only $8.25/4)I drink dark roast coffee because I have stomach issues (darker the roast the better for these issues). I use Seattle’s Best 4th Street Bristo most of the time(think they changed the name but that’s what I know it as) it comes out better than any coffee shop coffee does for me and doesn’t upset my stomach at all. This was the perfect replacement for my Farberware one that decided to just DIE!! In fact, I think it works TONS better. Great purchase and it’s nice and compact!! I could easily pack and travel with this. Would BUY AGAIN!!I haven’t cleaned this yet other than initially and I use water out of my water cooler to keep it cleaner, as well.

Perfect!!
Iâm in love with this little coffee maker! It makes a perfect cup of coffee every time.In reply to what others may complain about:Water Reservoir has to be refilled for each cup. Not a deal breaker for me since I was looking for something small and compact for traveling. I use a small measuring cup from dollar tree. I like a stronger coffee and my husband likes it a little weaker. Itâs easy to measure out how many ounces we each want.It takes longer to brew than the Keurig. I donât notice it taking much longer. By the time I finish brushing my teeth my coffee is hot and ready. On average we make about 4-6 cups a day when we are traveling and this tiny little powerhouse of a coffee / Kcup brewer is perfect! It packs away nicely. Itâs lightweight. You can use your own reusable filter. And letâs not forget how cute it is!! In fact, my husband thought it was a kids toy at first 𤣠He wasnât sure of the orange color either but I was going for a 70âs vibe so I wonð

Cute, room for improvement but works as advertised
The first thing noticed was that the colors in the photos are off. The product is a much brighter/bolder color than pictured, in this case the muted burnt orange item pictured is actually a bright punchy orange. So be prepared for that.Looking past that, comparing this to the Hamilton Beach single-serve Flexbrew that brews both k-cups and coffee grounds, this unit wins. It’s easy to use, and is thankfully compatible with the 8 Reusable Keurig Single K Cup 2.0 – Solo Filter Pod Coffee Stainless Mesh – 8 Rainbow Color as well as all Keurig coffee and cocoa k-cups used thus far. It takes about 2.5 minutes for the water to heat up, then 30 seconds later your cup is full and it’s ready to brew again.PRO: Small and light, probably the smallest available at this time. Great for travel or saving counter space.PRO: Easy enough for elderly relatives to usePRO: Much easier to clean than a traditional coffee pot (even with the reusable K-cups rinsing out the coffee grounds)PRO: Cheaper than the beastly sized Keurig machines, and the Hamilton Beach single-serve FlexbrewPRO: Can brew cup after cup, there’s no cool down time like on some unitsPRO: No leakage or grounds found in coffee/cocoa/tea brewed thus farCON: The water volume that comes back out is inconsistent. About 1 out of 5 cups made seems to be off. So that cup that only brewed half full, the next person that uses it will have a cup that overflows. So be prepared for that.CON: A bit noisier than expected while it heats up the water. Not a deal killer as long as you aren’t brewing the coffee near a sleeping person. I’d liken it to the sound volume of a hair dryer on low, definitely noisier than my large water peculator.CON: Confusing marketing. Like many foreign products & clothing sold on Amazon this unit looks identical to other coffee makers just with a different name stamped on it and having minor differences. For example, if you compare this Chulux to the IFill Cup – Single Serve Compact K-cup Brewer – Ifill300 (Black) (Includes Free 6 Units of Ifill Cup Filter, Reusable up to 10 times)r and the Knox Compact Travel Size K-Cup Coffee Brewer sold here you’ll see what I’m referring to. In this case, the Chulux and Knox both have the built in water filter (when you lift the top lid to dump in water, there’s a small filter basket with a screen that filters any bits that may try sneaking in when you dump your water in. The Ifill unit doesn’t have that, but instead comes with 6 semi-reusable coffee pods (not as nice as the ones you can buy separately). So comparing apples to apples, look at both this Chulux and the Knox and buy whichever has the better sale.CON: This won’t be a con for people just wanting to brew into a regular ceramic coffee cup, but I hope future models are made slightly larger to accommodate taller travel mugs. With the base tray, the max height of your mug can be 4.5″. With the units base tray removed, a 5.75″ tall travel mug could fit underneath, perhaps slightly taller if you tilt it in. Good for smaller 12oz travel mugs (12oz is the max water volume), pictured is a 16oz travel mug that definitely won’t fit under the spout.Overall, a compact unit that does the job and handles any k-cup or your choice of coffee grounds in a reusable k-cup pods (sold separately). If they could make future models slightly larger and with some sound dampening it would be an easy 5-star winner.

Reliable
I absolutely LOVE this single cup coffee maker………..the compact size takes up so little counter space and the vintage blue color is fantastic……but the best thing about this coffee maker is that it works EVERY TIME YOU USE IT! I’ve had 2 previous NAME BRAND coffee makers and struggled with consistency…..they would work one day but not the next….so frustrating. This CHULUX works like a charm every time…..would highly recommend it.

Very good coffee maker. Uses kureg pods. Fast and easy to use.

After 4th try it started working. I think the air has to come out of the pump before it can work.Very small. Plastic smell went away after 20 brews. Works with my 600 watt portable power device, just take a bit longer to heat the water.

This is way to small and doesnât work right.
