It worked once, then died.
Well, the machine looks nice. It’s a great size. However, it worked ONE time, then died.****EDIT****The company replaced the espresso machine, and now it works great. It makes a delicious espresso, it’s easy to use, and I honestly love it.

Excellent Value
To make the best espresso, a superior quality burr grinder is a more important investment than the espresso machine, but you knew that. Once you have top quality, freshly ground, Arabica coffee, properly tamped, then any good espresso machine should be able to complete the job, as long as there is adequate pressure and precisely regulated temperature. You donât need to spend $6000 on a fancy espresso machine, and you donât even need to spend $600. In fact, this little device works just fine, at 20 bar pressure (often cheap machines are just 15 bar, which may be adequate, but 20 bar seems to be the current standard). It has a few neat features, like setting a default volume of hot water for each size, single or double, so that you have a precise pour every time, just the way you like it. It also has a pressure gauge, which you donât really need, but it assures you that everything is working as it should. It makes a nice cup of espresso with plenty of crema, so why pay more ? I just wish the filter were a bit bigger, because I like to use about 14 grams of coffee for a double shot (more really is better â at 14 grams you can get a real Italian ristretto, if you set a low water volume), but thatâs a tight fit on this machine.

Great coffee, Great customer service
This machine works surprisingly well for the price. Great, crema rich espresso shots and efficient frothing wand. Super easy to use. My first machine stopped preheating after a few months so I reached out to customer service. They went through some trouble shooting with me and ultimately replaced the machine. Since then costumer service has checked in to ensure continued satisfaction with product.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS
UPDATE– they replied once and asked me to send videos which i have sent and I havent heard anything from them again… THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING – DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THISThis unit overheats and the troubleshooting is – turn it off and let it cool down – not a real solution! It continually stops making steam. Cleared it once – Canât get it to work again now. Itâs not a good design or build quality. Wonât last more than a couple months.

Great little machine
it’s easy to make the espresso, though the milk took a few tries to figure out we were able to get lots of froth. intuitive design and small footprint for the counter. it’s a little loud at first, like it vibrates but it also has suction cups on the bottom so it isn’t moving. makes an impressive crema, I would recommend this machine to anyone

Just get it, you will not be disappointed
This is worth every penny in my opinion. Iâm an avid coffee drinker, especially lattes, and this little machine absolutely packs a punch. I purchased the Starbucks blonde espresso grounds from Starbucks, they grinded it to an espresso ground, and the 1lb bag was $14. Which so far, Iâve made 7 cups of espresso and have nearly 80% of the bag leftâ¦.so you do the math. I purchased Torani flavors, oatmilk, almond milk, so I can do it all at home. I also have a cold brew pitcher in case I want cold brew – was a $14 purchase there and cold brew could not be easier to make. I say buy it, itâs worth the money and does everything you need for it to do to make a good espresso. The frother is phenomenal too! Iâm super happy with this purchase.

Highly Recommend
We purchased this to replace a different brand of espresso machine that stopped working. WOW! What an improvement in the taste of our cappuccino. The flavor is rich and strong with lots of crema. We use an espresso grind which is very fine. The machine is very well made, quality materials. I prefer a little more water in a double shot to make my cappuccino so I just press the button a second time and then stop it after 5 seconds. I know you can reprogram the run time but that doesn’t work for 2 different people’s tastes. Super simple to operate and quiet. Looks beautiful on the counter as well. Can’t think of any cons. For the people that said their machine leaks, I noticed the first time I used it I overfilled the reservoir and it leaked. There is a max line an inch or two below the top. I have not noticed any leaking since I don’t overfill.

Great Compact Machine
This is a great compact machine for folks who want an easy process to make a daily espresso or latte/cappuccino. It heats up very quickly and the controls are very simple and straightforward to use. Just select your function (single shot, double shot or steaming) and that’s it. The single and double shot baskets are the “pressurized” type, so that helps create great crema and espresso extraction even with pre-ground espresso coffee (obviously grinding fresh beans is even better). It also has a pressure guage you can keep an eye on to help adjust grind size when you grind your coffee.The double shot runs for about 25 seconds and yields about 3 oz., while the single shot runs for about 16 seconds and yields about 1.5 oz. Another great feature, the machine even lets you reprogram the doube or single shot “run time” so you can customize and dial in an even better shot (usually found on much more expensive machines). The steam wand creates a lot of pressure (I got good swirling motion in my pitcher) and it heated my milk to 150 degrees in about 45 seconds, with nice microfoam.I have only been using it for a week now, so I will update after a month of use, but so far this is a very user friendly and good looking machine that makes a good morning coffee pretty easy! Would recommend.
