Update from “Downgrade from the base model. Doesn’t work.” NOW WORKING FINE.
UPDATE: It took a full 24 hours to “rest” and reset, and then it started working and has been great ever since. I’ve pushed it hard for 3 days now, and it’s worked fine every time. I’m thinking I might have gotten the inside electronics wet when I initially rinsed it and did the starting clear water run. It might have needed a day to completely dry out. I chalk up my problems and frustrations to user error. Also, Chulux support has been great; they really care about their products and customer satisfaction. Thanks!i earlier reported that: “mine has not worked from the time it came out of the box. It stopped halfway through the first “run water through it” run. Then it stopped working. After cooling off, it made a partial cup of coffee and stopped working. After cooling off again, it immediately ran the whole amount of cold water through the coffee pod and then would not shut of the pump. I finally had to unplug it.”

Simplicity & Reliability
I love this coffee maker because of how simple and straightforward it is, and inexpensive to replace if it does stop working.1. Water goes in the tank2. Add a k-cup, or not if you want hot water.3. You press the button and a couple minutes later the hot water goes through the k-cup into your mug.I feel silly enumerating these because this is what you’d expect any sane coffee maker to do, but in my experience the name-brand competition has massively over-engineered (and over-priced) the process of making single-serve coffee, with sensors that try to second guess you, extraneous pumps and water transfers between intermediate tanks, multiple paths for the reservoir to reach your cup, and indecipherable blinking light codes. All that complexity just creates more ways to fail.By contrast, this one proceeds even if the lid is open; it seems to just unconditionally heat water and then pump it once the lid is closed, and leaves the rest to you, which is all you need.I take a spare with me on road trips too, because it’s so compact, and means I don’t have to rely on host’s/hotel’s questionable coffee-maker hygiene.

Test as soon as you get it.
I bought this coffee maker to use in my camper and it never worked properly. I don’t know where the water goes but it would just drip down never a stream. Too late to return because we didn’t use it till past a month. Another item for the trash

It works most the time.
I bought this in 2021 and have used this as my main and only coffee maker every day multiple times a day for two people. My biggest complaint is the little basket that makes sure nothing gets in the tank, it blocks the water from getting into the tank to. You have to fiddle with it until the water starts to go into the tank. Also another issue I have is at times when you turn on it the maker will all of a sudden start to empty out the tank without heating up anything. I have found if I shut it off I can start it right away it will work normal heating it up without any issues. Other than that it is ok. I still use it even with these issues. You get what you pay for.

Great Coffee Maker and Excellent Customer Service
This is a great little coffee maker. The coffee comes out nice and hot. Itâs very easy to use. I had an issue and contacted the company. They were quick to respond and answered all my emails promptly. They came up with a solution and solved my problem. They were always courteous and kind in all their emails. So ! If you are looking for a small coffee maker this is the one. Takes up very little room. You can be confident that you are dealing with a company that stands behind its warranty. If I could give more than 5 stars I would !

This is a very small and practical coffee maker. Features at a glance. It’s very simple and completely uncomplicated to use. You can always have a cup of coffee when you wake up in the morning. Highly recommended to buy.

Good little coffee machine
My parents are coffee pot abusers! I have bought them 3 different mini Keurigâs. When they needed a 4th, I tried something more economical. This one lasted longer than the other 3 put together. When they ruined the 4th by placing it too close to a flame, I bought this one AGAIN. They love it! Itâs a great little pot for the price and very simple to use. Fill your desired mug with water, lift the lid, and pour it into machine. Close, place mug below and push the (1) button on top. It is very simple for my elderly parents to use. Not real fast, but is fast enough. Highly recommend!
