Easy to use
Received my first machine and it leaked something terrible so I returned for a replacement. This one works great. Easy to both use and program to suit the size of your brew. Makes a great lungo.

This Machine is Awesome!!!
This is a very simple machine to use! I ordered the Peets coffee capsule Variety pack and I’m in love!! ( Nepresso coffee is horrible!!) I haven’t had any problems so far but the manufacturer seems to care about the customer and want to make sure you love the product and I absolutely do!!!

Customer service
In a world where customer service is dying, any company would benefit from learning from Chulux’s support, specifically Link. I don’t think I’ve ever received such awesome customer service for any product or service. I was having a setting issue, and Link worked with me tirelessly to figure it out. In the end, he left me really happy and open to order more Chulux products in the future. Thank you, Link!
