Good, but not perfect
I bought this to replace an old CitiZ made by De’Longhi, which lasted about 5.5 years before it started leaking.I bought this one because it was rated fairly well, and it was significantly cheaper than the current offerings from De’Longhi or Breville (both for the Mini and the CitiZ).What I like:* Makes good espresso and coffee.* Good value (significantly cheaper than the De’Longhi and Breville models).* MUCH quieter than my old CitiZ model. I can run this one without worrying about waking anyone up.What I don’t like (all minor issues):* It feels like the tolerances aren’t as good as the older De’Longhi, particularly when I’m loading and unloading the pods. Raising and lowering the arm feel like it’s not precise: It works, but it feels like things are “catching” during the motion.* It’s mostly plastic instead of metal (at least on the outside), so it feels a bit cheap (which is fair, since it was actually cheaper).* Sometimes the drinks seem a little cooler than I’d like, especially if I hit the brew button right after it stops blinking. If I wait a bit longer, it seems like it keeps warming up. But I haven’t tested this theory thoroughly.Overall, it seems like a good bargain, as long as you don’t mind the minor issues. If you want something that “feels” more like a precisely engineered machine, and don’t mind spending more, you might like the offerings from De’Longhi or Breville better (I’ve never owned an Breville Nespresso machine, but their other appliances have always been high quality).

At first I could not get the coffee to heat. I was in the process of returning when customer support reached out and I simply had it on the wrong setting. Now works great and I’ve ordered a second for my camper.Works better than my expensive machine

Do I Love this machine, YES but also it’s a POS!!! This one only lasted 2 months, still with a 1yr manufacturer warranty!! They give me a refund on the 1st one but still should honor the 1 yr warranty but I emailed them and they Ghosting me. So I will call the Warranty i purchased with it and get my money back and Buy ANOTHER BRAND!!! If you can’t fix the hose issue then stop making the machine as it’s a Hose failure it what happens to them!!! Love this little pod Expresso machine, makes Great Expresso pretty fast that tastes Great!! Had a issue with the first one I purchased 4 months ago, but contacted the company as it has a 1 year warranty on it. After sending them a video via email, they deemed a water hose or something busted to sent me a link to purchase a New one.Got the new one and contact them with the Order Number and that I received it, and voila I got a Refund!! So they do stand behind there warranty!
