1. Arrived on time and well packaged.2. Price is average compared to others of same size.3. Quality of[ material and workmanship is exceptional4. Works perfectly with the coffee machine, correct height and width.5. Keeps coffee hot for about 2-3hrs and fairly warm for 2-3hrs, so in total temperature degradation to room is about 4-5hrs. way over the time I take to drink while on the computer6. Leakage/spills while transporting…walking or in car is very good. Did not test with it sitting on the cover because it is an abnormal position for the cup to be in.7. Outside of cup with freshly made coffee remains cool and can be held without the handle.8. Surprisingly there was no metallic taste in the coffee9. As for durability, only time will tell but for the short time of use…love it.Will highly recommend

A nice, insulated, Stainless Steel mug!
I needed a 16oz unbreakable, non-plastic coffee mug. This has the look of a campfire mug, but that’s where the similarities end. I need things to be well balanced and stable, as I am confined to a wheelchair, now. This mug keeps hot liquids hot, and cold liquids cold. With its brushed stainless finish, it makes it easier to hold it, also. A great mug for you, or as a gift. It’s now my go-to mug for my morning coffee, as well as my afternoon tea! ð I like being this happy about a simple mug! Your coffee drinking friends will like it, also!

Good butâ¦.
I got these for my partner who is having vision issues and was spilling hot coffee in a traditional cup. Those are good sized cup, the lids fit tightly and keeps beverages hot for awhile. My one complaint-even though I hand wash,is that the pretty blue paint is already chipping, so they are looking kind of ratty.

Keeps Coffee Hot for Hours
I like the price, size and shape of the insulated coffee mug. I dislike the lid, specifically the part that slides open and closed. It is difficult to remove from the lid to clean and it can cause spillage while drinking at a slightly reclined angle.

Exceeded my Expectations
This pair of stainless steel insulated coffee mugs did exceed my expectations. There is a very simple way to determine if a cup is insulated or NOT. Pour very hot water in the cup. Feel the outside of the cup if it gets warm or not. When I did so, the outside never got warm and remained at room temperature. When I do so with my coffee, it remains hot until finished while the cup itself never changed in temperature. For me that is sufficient proof this stainless steel cup is well insulated. Any loss of heat is from open mouth of the cup and never from the body. On top of that, it is built strong and very easy to clean. This is certainly a great buy that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Keeps coffee warm for an hour or so and the handle stays cool. Best coffee cup I have found for full-time RV living.

Great coffee mug. Bought it for camping because it has a lid, easy to wash and solid. It keeps the bugs out and keeps my coffee nice and hot. Good quality and lid stays on well. Also, the slider on the lid can be taken off for a thorough cleaning when needed. Thanks again ð

Good 304 stainless steel mug. Only the down side is the transparent plastic cover easy to crack once drop on the floor at a height. It good with is a stainless steel cover.
