After opening the new box of filters, I detected a peculiar odor, which has since dissipated.The filters work very well.
They Work
Not hard to fold or use but they work best in the full size Chemex. It’s almost too much paper to stuff into the 1-3 cup version. The whole system and complex process of weighing, grinding, folding and cleaning up is new to me and worth every second of effort. Amazing coffee with these papers. Glad they’re pre folded, but that’s not necessary.
