works well until it doesn’t
it worked well but it did not last very long.After about 300 pods went through, this machine was only able to make the sound (grinding noise kind of) but the coffee came out like tear dripping out of your eyes. Basically, the machine was dying and useless.Is 300 pods the limitation of this machine’s longevity?

***DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT*** I WAITED OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE IT, UNDERSTANDABLE CONSIDERING THE PANDEMIC. WHEN I DID ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT, IT JUST KEPT SPITTING OUT THE PODS. I RUINED ABOUT 5 VERY EXPENSIVE BEFORE FINALLY GIVING UP. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS MACHINE CONSIDERING WE ARE SPENDING ALOT MORE TIME AT HOME, BUT THIS JUST TURNED OUT TO BE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. THANKS CHEF WAVE!

Defective straight out of the box.
It arrived, I read the instructions, tried it, and it does not work.I tried calling the number of the company that Amazon has listed, and it is for a different company.I would not purchase this machine.

Push Plug all the way in
I just changed my review. I had unboxed I had Pushed the power button, nothing. But then my wife really pushed the plug into the machine and it worked. It really made a delicious cup of espresso. I couldn’t find the instructions at first but then I found them.

Works well overall
This is the second coffee maker I’ve ordered of the same type. Generally, they work well with the “Nespresso” style pods however, the coffee is not as hot as I’d like. The water reservoir is fairly small and the used pod area is small as well. For the price, I’m satisfied.

Heats quickly. Great taste.Still looking for the right spot… Can’t sit on counter where I get ready… Too easy to have just one more… Definitely order extra decaf!

Makes delicious coffee
We fell in love with one of these while staying at a very high-end hotel & had to have one of our own. The little coffee pods are super tasty & rich in flavor. I can only drink decaf, which does not take away the richness at all. Hubby can drink the caffeine & loves the variety of choices. Best for me is the froth. Itâs so creamy. Cup size for super rich taste: go with the small. Ease of use, the old cup drops down when you get ready for a new cup. Very clean, fits everywhere & is stylish too. Works like a real espresso maker but saves on the price.

Decent for the price
Been using this for a month or two as my old Delonghi broke. It comes with a rack and 2 espresso cups. The silver lever on top which you push down and pull up is very sticky and requires a fair bit of force. Youâll know what I mean right away! Makes a nice cup of lungo and a very nice espresso as well. The fill levels are a bit short in my opinion and they donât seem to hold the custom/self programing setting at all. Attaching the water reservoir is a bit of a pain. A bit noisy, but no more than my previous Delonghi model. I would recommend you give this maker a try as it does work fairly well with the shortcomings I mentioned.
