OH, YEAH!!
What’s to say other than this is one of the best coffees available and priced reasonble. I love it it is my go to coffee. I won’t describe each roast because there are several , but I have tried most of them and I like all of them I just have a preferfence and this coffee is my mainstay in my home. I buy other brands just to test and change things up but this is my first and foremost in house go to coffee roaster. Always fresh always flavorful and doesn’t sour in my stomache like some other coffees do.

Great Tasting Coffee!
I am picky about my coffee as everyone I know is! I have been using half-n-half in my coffee to cut the bitterness because I like my coffee strong. Since trying this brand, I have not used creamer at all. The flavor is strong, nutty, a hint of chocolate and not bitter! I am so glad I found this coffee.

Don’t use fine grind for single serve cups
Using 10 grams of coffee per measured cup of water I found the coffee not bitter with a pleasant aroma. This is using a medium coarse grind.I use an inexpensive gram scale purchased on Amazon to assure getting the same taste in every cup and this allows you to make the coffee stronger or weaker per your own taste and reproduce the cup each time.

This coffee SUCKS!…is what I want to say to keep the secret alive, alas it is too AMAZING
The South has beaten the PNW at their own game! My wife and I love coffee, and I love the science of brewing the perfect cup! We were fortunate enough to live in Charleston for a little over a year, when we stumbled upon Charleston Coffee Roasters, right next to a local brewery. The coffee far out shined the beer! Fast forward five years, and it is still our favorite!! In that time, we lived for 3.5 years outside Seattle, coffee capital of the country, and now south of San Francisco. In that time we tried beans from all sorts of big and small local roasters, including those from Oregon and British Columbia (and several on Amazon). While here and there we’d stumble upon a small batch of beans that knocked on the doors of Nirvana, we found ourselves consistently shipping Charleston Coffee Roasters to us, to remind us of their strong, yet smooth, brilliant, consistency of beans. In those 5 years, every time we get a bag, we are shocked by just how great this coffee is, and as already noted, how consistently good and unchanged it has remained over that time! Keep doing what you guys are doing, and we’ll keep buying and spreading the good word…so long as the demand doesn’t drive up the cost or change the quality. (always hesitant to let the good word out) Thanks CCR for the music in my mouth!
