This machine was working great for about 1.5 years and during that time I would grind lots herbs, many of them quite hard. Then at some point recently, the timer stopped working so it would no longer start. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement part and how to video. It was very easy to change out the timer and I received lots of great help. So now it works again! Yay! Because I still have lots more herbs to grind! This is a perfect machine for my needs and I hope it keeps working for a long time!

This product is not as described. Malfunctions. Stops running every 8 seconds. It leaks out of every side and one of the latches is bent, therefore debris from grinding escapes the machine. For my commercial needs this piece of machinery is absolute junk. I am returning.
