I bought this for a gift, and loved it so much that I bought one for myself, too! I’ve been using it daily for about a month, and it seems to be holding up well. Dishwasher & microwave have been fine.Pros: the mug is beautiful, a nice big size, and the handle doesn’t get hot in the microwaveCons: I measured, and it does not quite hold 24oz (only ~20oz fit inside comfortably, or barely 22oz if you’re filling all the way to the brim). Also, the handle is a little thin/boxy, so it is not the most comfortable mug to hold.Despite these minor drawbacks, this has become my new favorite mug, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

If you like a large coffee & have big hands, this is for YOU
This cup is beautiful and functional. I use it to make a 20-ounce pour-over coffee. Yes, it has a 24 ounce capacity, but I like that there’s room left to reduce my chances of spilling some on my walk from the coffee bar to my office. As you can see in the photo, it fits perfectly on my coffee warming plate, too.I have been using another style cup for years, but as I get older I realize my slightly-arthritic hands could use a more substantial handle to get a solid fist-style grip. This is it.

Beautiful mug but the 24 oz size is too heavy to hold
I got this as a gift for husband, but the mug is too heavy to hold empty. I imagine it would be even heavier with coffee. I got it for the nice handle size but I would not recommend it for seniors, especially those with arthritis in their hands.

It holds my coffee every morning, & sometimes at night
This is my second time ordering this cup; the first one slipped out of my hand & broke apart on my hardwoods. The fact that I ordered it a second time should be an indicator that I like it. *Don’t mind the background in the photo; I’m installing nickelgap on a wall.

Large mug that I can wrap my hands around to ease the aching joints. Nice big handle, doesn’t tip over and holds a goodly amount. Love this mug.
