Broke, but Casabrews mailed a new one
We used the grinder about 12 times to fill our espresso cups. Then the motor stopped. Casabrews immediately mailed us a new grinder. We expect it tomorrow. We hope it works fine and we no longer have issues. Casabrewsâ customer service is the best I have found. They respond immediately and are serious about taking care of their customers.

Good Grinder but requires improvement.
The cradle received for the 51mm portafilter was quite flimsy and didi not securely hold the coffee barrel, resulting in ground coffee scattering everywhere.I contact customer service and they offer me a full refund and I kept the machine. I ordered another same grinder and the problem was solved.Additionally, an LED light in the grinding area would be a fantastic enhancement to improve visibility and help monitor the amount of coffee being ground.”

Not entirely what I was expecting
As a newbie to coffee grinders, the way I read the information on the Amazon page was that this machine could not only grind into a canister, but could grind fresh beans AND make a cup of coffee. WOW was I surprised when I unboxed this thing! Granted, this was partly my fault, too.I’ll still use this, as the only grinder I’ve ever owned is a portable, hand held one that I wasn’t exactly a huge fan of. Maybe I’ll be able to enjoy more of the cappuccinos that I love so much without paying out the nose for now.That all being said, there are some actual issues with the grinder itself. 1. The back of the machine has a different material, and there are parts that are “sticky,” like there was a sticker there previously that someone pulled off. It gave me an icky feeling. 2. With âaccessoriesâ provided, there is nothing to store them in 3. The cleaning brush thatâs provided? Besides it being a joke, itâs packaged inside the hopper and, mine at least, had its bristles bent completely over making the brush practically useless. 4. The instructions are quite lacking, especially for us newbies. They are pretty generic, making it easy to spew coffee grounds everywhere when trying different settings, trying different canisters or portafilters.Overall, it does its job, but there are definitely LOTS of hiccups along the way. This brand is well known for its appliances. Itâs clear that, with this item, they are attempting to reach a new type of clientele. For me, this one isnât the way to do it.

Great grinder but pricey
Great Quality and design .Price was cheaper at Casabrew than Amazon.Casabrew makes great products with fair price than the competition like Breville , etc.The Casabrew Neutron Pro espresso machine beats the competition with dual boiler , intuitive design , excellent manuals , and outstanding customer care.

Producto usado.
Producto llegÃ³ usado. Manual, caja y empaque protector en mal estado. El empaque llenÃ³ de cafÃ© y maquina llena de cafÃ©. Evidentemente el producto estÃ¡ USADO. Ya es segundo producto el primero llegÃ³ rayado, con muchas marcas y rayones, totalmente USADO. Es una falta de respeto total.
