Donât waste your money!
Bought the first one in November 2023. It stopped brewing in September 2024, heating element? Was still under warranty but company wanted to charge $75 to ship it back, a little argument and the y agreed to cover shipping. The sent a brand new one a week or so later. Well, this one did the same thing, only lasting 3 months. Company says it only recognizes the original warranty, sorry. The representative said she had been with them for 14 years and hasnât heard of this problem. Absolutely chinese junk.

Programmable feature problem
This is the second coffee maker I ordered with the programmable brew function not working. Sent the first one back, same problem with the second one. The second one lasted a week before the function quit working. Makes ok coffee once you figure out what setting you prefer but wouldnât recommend this coffee maker.

Not even a year old and broke
Today, our coffee machine broke & we had it for just under a year. Disappointing because it was expensive and our older one lasted forever.

Loyal to capresso but something very wrong

Brand new, didn’t work
Interestingly enough, the clock only shows 3 digits. So if it’s 11:17, the clock says 1:17. I should have known then there would be a problem. The grinder didn’t work the first time I tried to use it. Now I did call customer service and they told me they’d send a new one, but I am choosing to send this back to Amazon instead and go with another coffee maker.

Broke after 1 year
Nice looking machine but the grinder broke I reached out to customer support via email they never responded try to second time they never responded, a few months later the entire thing broke. Bad customer service subpar product. Do not buy! Extremely overpriced with no customer service and a poor product.
