Good Solid Organic Coffee Brand – Consistent and Always Delivers Satisfaction
Good solid coffee. Good deal when I bought. High quality. Good taste. And organic! And don’t understand how or why people are using non-organic coffee or any food these days. The issue is not price – that’s an excuse. The “foods” I see, what, 99.8% of people buying in the grocery store are shocking. These guys offer a very good organic bean and roast. If you haven’t tried them I would when you get the chance – also look out for specials they run from time to time.

Love this coffee! I wanted to cut out preground coffee for fresher and cleaner coffee and happy I did 🙂 I was paying $10 a pound for Folgers Black Silk grounds and I got 4 pounds of this for about $30ish so it’s cheaper and it’s even organic! I loveee the taste of black silk and wanted a dark roast, decided to try this one and it definitely doesn’t taste like black slik but it’s VERY good in its own way! No nutty or fruity taste just dark and roasty, mmm! I usually base my creamer amount by color of the coffee and when I tried it with this one it was wayyy to sweet, I use x2 LESS creamer now. It’s so dark and doesn’t take much to sweeten up, soo good! Makes a great cold brew and hot cup of coffee. Try it out! 🙂 will definitely be getting this one again!

French Roast?
Organic is a plus, Whole bean is a plus. First thing I noticed was that while French Roast has generally darker beans, these we lighter. After grinding, the grounds were significantly lighter than what I expected of French Roast. Well, that’s just appearance. To me Cameron’s French Roast tasted good but not with the richness of French Roast that I was used to. To my wife who is a die hard French Roast lover, this was not good coffee at all. I was using these after first opening the bag. The real test came by accident when one day my wife who refused to use this brand to make her coffee had also made mine. I commented on how especially good the coffee was, and that was when she told me what she made for me was from her darker French Roast, not Cameron’s. I know taste is subjective and I liked Cameron’s just fine–but had to admit the other was so much better. If Cameron made a darker French Roast than this and this was just a fluke or mislabeling it may be really good. But in honesty by comparison it was just good, but not excellent.

I think this is only my second Amazon review. I have purchased this coffee locally so decided to get a larger bag through Amazon and save money.I cannot believe it is the same coffee. I have never tasted anything so bitter… ever. Almost like it is not just coffee. Just plain awful.
