Perfect for breakfast bowl/dinner meal prep! I say those two things specifically because the smaller one fit exactly 2 eggs, half cup of egg whites, & a couple links of sausage and it was filled to the brim! I did not mind because it all fit! and itâs still a very nice, good quality container though. The larger one can fit just about any lunch or dinner meal! and obviously these are great for just food storage in general, not just meal prep. Overall, they are beautiful, have great design, love the pink! They seal very nicely. Will use these every week!

Keeps my food healthy and fresh good on size and seals and the glass part of the containers are microwaves and rubber seals and can come off to wash to prevent them from molding and keep everything sealed and theyâre easy to clean and leak free if you put the rubber seals on tight and right

So happy to get rid of plastic containers. These two sizes are great for daily lunches, leftovers and snacks. Fit well in lunchboxes. I have not had any issues with leaking. The lids are NOT microwave safe but that is not an issue for me. They wash well and are stackable so storage is easy. I used them to bring food to a friends and they loved them so much they ordered them too. Overall perfect containers and not a ridiculous price.
