This burr grinder came well packed in a retail box. The grinder is attractive and feels like a good quality product.The hopper capacity is generous, and the grind speed is reasonable. Unlike spinning blade grinders this grinder made a very uniform grind, and doesn’t heat the grinds up in the process – as this can impact the flavour of the coffee.It supports a wide range of grind from fine to course; I was able to get a good setting for my espresso machine, and day after day the grind has been uniform.Overall Verdict?Good quality grinder, fair value; I recommend this product.

Coming from the world of grinding coffee with the spinning blade âspice grinderâ style rig for years, this little unit is a game changer.Coffee grind quality is very even, no longer a mix of powder and large chunks that need to be sifted and reground. The hopper and cup select is a great idea, you can leave the hopper full but still only grind just enough for what you are brewing. I found that a â2 cupâ setting was a bit shy of whatâs needed to make a nice pot of French press (the size that IKEA sells, one litre I suppose).The grind speed is also fantastic, it only takes a few seconds to make enough for a few cups. The grind grade selector also provides reliable control over size.If I had one complaint at all, itâs that the grind collection bin very securely clicks into place, and needs almost two hands to pull free. So itâs not going to all out and spill, but itâs just a tad much.Overall very pleased, and this will definitely replace my old style of grinder.

I received an electric burr coffee grinder along with a printed instruction manual and a combination spoon/cleaning brush. Burr grinders produce ground coffee with a uniform size of coffee grounds, and are generally superior to devices that use alternative methods for grinding. This coffee grinder seems well made and has a reasonable sized bean hopper and coffee grounds container that makes enough ground coffee for about 12 cups of coffee (depending upon your coffee strength preference). It has quite a small counter top footprint, so doesnât take up a lot of space. The grinder has a variety of settings that allow one to grind coarsely ground to finely ground coffee, with many incremental settings available between the upper and lower settings, so that you can grind coffee to your liking. I tested the grinder, grinding either coarse or fine coffee, and it worked well to produce my selections. One nice feature is that one can select how much ground coffee to make (based upon cups of coffee), and the grinder will produce only the selected amount, even though the hopper may have more beans than required (timer based function). The grinder is noisy, but this is typical of grinders of this type. The coffee grounds are collected in a plastic container with a lid, and transferring the coffee to a coffee maker was quite straight forward and worked well. My only concern is that this device didnât seem to have any electrical safety certification, although the power cord was certified by ETL. Overall, a nice electric burr coffee grinder.

Good quality, multi purpose grinder
I love this thing, its compact, it has a nice dial for the courseness of the grinded down coffee beans, or in my case for making finely ground up herbs from my garden. cleaning up can be a bit tricky at times depending on how often you use it, but it really isn’t that difficult. Overall a fantastic product. 10 outta 10 would get again.

Like a High End Burr Grinder for So Much Less
One of my best friends has a $600 burr grinder. Iâm not making this up. It is super fancy. It is super expensive. And, in the end, I honestly donât believe it is better than this one.The $600 burr ginder is larger than this one. It is more impressive. But, real life? This one is super impressive. It also does a great job grinding for a high end espresso machine (which I have) and the information on how to get that espresso machine grind â and others â is all included.My takeaway: this is a super burr grinder: better than it needs to be. All of the instructions necessary to get the best out of this machine are included with the unit, or easily accessed nearby.

Nicest grinder I have owned.
I love this new grinder. It grinds at the different settings for fineness very well, and is a vast upgrade over my ancient Coffemate grinder.That said, I’m not sure why it has different settings for different servings. The bean reservoir is not that big. Also, the pull out drawer will get a few coffee grounds out and about no matter how careful you are. I wish it was easier to pour the ground coffee out of the drawer without making a mess.

Everything you would want in a coffee bean grinder!
This grinder is as good as it gets for a small coffee bean grinder. It has an excellent micro-adjust grinder for particle size preference, and it determines the amount of ground coffee made by the number of cups selected. With beans in it, it is quieter than my other grinder, with better and more precise controls. The pieces come apart easily for cleaning and it is small enough to fit into tight spaces for storage. If you have enough beans in it, it will stop before using them all depending on how many cups of ground coffee you chose. I suspect you may have to add more beans to the hopper while it is running if you want 12 cups of ground coffee, but the amounts ground seem to be generous anyway (2 cups ground may be enough to make 4 cups of average strength coffee). It grinds from a very fine (expresso) grind to coarse (french press) grind and makes from an estimated 2 to 12 cups of ground coffee. Watch my first time video and see how easy it is to grind coffee to your tastes… And no, those are not my fingers with fingernail polish…

It’s a serviceable grinder for the price
It’s hard to complain about a $30ish dollar burr grinder but the grind consistency is pretty bad. For a burr grinder, at any price, I’d expect more consistent grounds. Also the container that holds the grounds gets a lot of static which makes it hard to get all the grounds out. The bean hopper is also crazy small, I have no idea why they made it so small. It feels well built, and does a good enough job for drip, and the timer is convenient, but don’t expect to to work for espresso as advertised, this is not an espresso grinder.

Excellent quality
I really like that this bean grinder has a small countertop footprint but grinds and produces grounds like a much larger grinder. I also like how well made it is and the detailed instructions that come with it. It’s very simple to operate just set the grind size and the amount of cups and it automatically does the rest running long enough to grind all the beans dispensed. Also since it has 28 settings getting a precise, perfect grind dialed in is a snap. Overall I recommend this grinder.
