Update on Poor Product Performance and Support
Stopped working after using 18 times. The unit jammed and cleaning did not allow unit to restart. I have tried, repeatedly to contact Bunn without success. Seller assumes no responsibility. Local Bunn authorized repair shops are disinterested in assisting me. A very expensive mistake. I still own a simpler Bunn bean grinder purchased 18 years ago that continues to work without problems. Also I have a commercial grade Bunn pour over that works fine. However the lack of product support makes me disappointed and feeling ripped off.

LOVE IT!
I have always wanted a good burr grinder and with the amount of coffee we drink in my home, this was worth the money. Perfect 12-cup grinding in seconds (and not unduly loud like some are), and it leaves that wonderful ground coffee aroma for a short time. I ordered a second funnel with my Bunn coffee maker so I always have one ready to switch between the grinder and the pot. I hope this lasts – I am extremely happy with it so far.

Works as it should
I bought this for a buddy of mine who wanted something simple to grind coffee for his BUNN coffee maker. So far this seems to work as advertised and grinds the coffee quickly and consistently. While it’s more expensive than other grinders you can get that would do the same job, the convenience of putting the basket under the grinder and toggling a button to grind the coffee is worth it.

Grinds PERFECT coffee
The Bunn grinder consistently grinds the coffee beans to uniform perfection every time directly into the filter without the mess associated with other grinders due to fact the basket sits under the grinder. Love it!!
