Perfect for straining yogurt
I was looking for a filter big enough to fit my strainer for straining homemade yogurt. This filter is perfect.It’s a little thin, but 1000 filters is a LOT, so doubling them up isn’t a big deal (finding a place to store 1000 huge coffee filters is the bigger conundrum). I have no idea how theses filters hold up or perform when used for making coffee.

Works great in yogurt strainer
I cut the center of filter, place it over the yogurt strainer, helps clean up of strainer. I use this because we love home made Greek yogurt extra thick using instant pot. It helps protect the delicate mesh strainer.

So Durable!
These coffee filters are so durable for brewing that huge pots of coffee in our company’s industrial size coffee maker. They don’t tear, leak, or get over soggy! They help all the coffee grounds stay put and not get in the coffee!! They are super strong filters.

Coffee filter.
Was to large and we were sent far too many, since we only used the coffee pot 2 or 3 times a year. However, the filters got here quickly and were exactly as advertised. They would be great for an office. We had to send them back!

Great amount of filters for the price. We use these filters in our local community center coffee makers and they work perfectly, they are large enough to brew a 100 cup coffee urn full, as strong or weak as desired, and they are deep enough to fill 3/4 full of coffee grounds that don’t overflow into the pot being brewed! Because of their large capacity you only need to brew one or two coffee urns full for large functions, such as weddings etc.

LARGE SIZE COFFEE FILTERS!
I used these for straining homemade yogurt, turning it into Greek yogurt. Works great! My only disappointment was having to buy 500! They are large and take up a good bit of space to store, and I doubt I’ll ever make 500 batches of yogurt! (I’ve heard coffee filters make great glass cleaners, so I might give that a try.)

Finally a very large coffee filter!
I like coffee! I like to brew it by pouring boiling water over the filter that is on a plastic pour over coffee funnel. I drink a 20 oz cup of coffee! The problem has been that all the filters I had found were TOO SMALL for my 20oz cup. Well not so with this 1.5 gallon filter!! It works great. All I have to do is to trim part of the paper since it is so large, but it sure makes it a lot easier pouring boiling water on top of my grounded coffee beans. If you want BIG instead of all the other small ones, this is the one to buy.

Great multi-purpose filters! Good for quad fold (cone) use, and for cleaning glass!!
I use these with my multi-cup/carafe size plastic pour over funnel (by Melitta). The premade funnel shaped ones always clogged up and were difficult. I fold these like the instructions for the chemex filters, in half then half again, then open one side so I have a funnel shape. When I pour the coffee, if flow becomes too slow I just jiggle one of the edges on the multi-folded side a little, and the vapor lock goes away flowing nicely again.They are also large enough to use for cleaning! Coffee filters are the BEST at cleaning mirrors and windows, but prefab cones and normal basket filters are too small for the task.Strong, reliable, and reasonably priced. Just what I was looking for.
