Sleek and brews nicely.
I have made tea (with bags) and coffee. Perfect and easy to clean. Sturdy glass and fits nicely on the fridge door. The only negative is that you have to remove the lid to pour- but I suppose this keeps the flavor in tact and is a positive! Would buy again.

Perfect, Beautiful piece of kitchenware!
This is a beautiful piece of kitchenware! It makes me think of chemistry class and the expensive beakers we used. This is high quality glass, a very nice stainless steel filter, nice lid too. All quality and all health safe materials. I make herb tea in it and then store it in the refrigerator. Fits nicely in the door as they state and tolerates the change in temperature (although I do let it cool down or warm up between batches of tea).If I were to make one change it would be to allow pouring with the filter in place. But the filter fits nicely in the inside of the lid while I pour the tea so it is not a big deal. I suppose many people would remove the filter once their beverage is made. The lid fits snugly on the glass to seal in the flavor.I looked all over at retail shops for something like this and never ran across anything as nice. And when I did see something close it was 2-3 times more money. I may buy another for me, it makes a great gift for cold brew coffee or tea.

Make sure your lid fits
I’m using this as a refrigerator door pitcher to brew a digestive tea with ginger, licorice, fennel, lavender, tumeric, anise and black pepper. The metal infuser is nice, easy to clean. The little metal basket handle can pop off but it’s easy to put back on. The pitcher is very tall and narrow so it doesn’t take up a lot of real estate in the fridge. When you pour, I like how the metal lid flips over to hold the infuser basket. On mine, the ring around the lid is a bit wonky and therefore fiddly to close. That’s the only reason I’m giving it four stars. It may settle out with time. We’ll see. Overall- very happy and it serves it’s purpose.Side note: the design makes it easy on my wrists and finger joints when pouring. Sometimes these pitchers get Very heavy and can hurt or strain my joints. This one is light and narrow enough to not.

I never knew tea tasted good until I used this product
Before I tried this product I never knew that tea tasted good. The cold brewing allows for a nice, naturally sweet and refreshing iced tea. I have brewed both Oolong and Green tea and both taste amazing. I also believe that I am feeling more of the reported health benefits of tea that I never felt when I was hot brewing it. I have not tried the coffee yet but only because I have not needed to. The cold brewed green tea has so far been able to replace coffee for me in the mornings and I feel great.The product is very easy to use and clean. Its all glass with a metal lid which is important to me and looks nice in my refrigerator. I purchased two and it takes me only a few minutes a day to keep them full of GREAT tea. I recommended this product to my close friends and family and will likely order one or two more for myself and a few to keep for gifts. For anyone out there looking for something easy and fun that can improve your health and save you money this will be the product for you.

Follow-up Almost 3 years later
Not sure how to look up and amend my original review – at first I was somewhat skeptical about the longevity of the metal filter. I purchased two of these which I use several times per week to brew tea and cold-brew coffee. Still like new and now quality issues whatsoever (unlike a competing brand which I purchased afterward and have had to replace the filter once. Very pleased. Excellent size and excellent quality. East to clean (I pop mine in the dishwasher). Easy to use.

UPDATED REVIEW – WORKED GREAT UNTIL THE FILTER DROPPED INTO THE PITCHER – REPLACED BY SELLER
I used this just one time and got several glasses of ice coffee from it. After cleaning it and assembling it for storage, the filter dropped into the pitcher. The lip at the top of the filter is supposed to be wide enough to prevent it from going down into the pitcher. Apparently not wide enough, it went in but it won’t come out. I tried running the pitcher under hot water to widen the opening, but the filter lip allowed it to go in, but there is NO WAY to grab it to pull it out. The unit is basically useless now. What a waste of money, time and effort. I’ll go back to making regular coffee and cooling it down to make my iced coffee. MUCH LESS HASSLE, COST AND EFFORT.09/06/18 UPDATE – I heard from the seller -“Thanks for choosing our cold brew coffee maker and sorry to hear about this issue.The glass is hand made and sometimes could have the wrong tolerance.I will arrange for a replacement first thing Tuesday morning.”I apologize for the inconvenience – Lauren”I received the new brewer as promised and I definitely noticed the inner lip of the opening a bit thicker than the original one I had. I am still going to make my iced coffee from my regular brewed coffee, as I find it easier, but the brewer and company are first rate and my 5 stars are for the brewer design actually working well, despite my decision to go back to my regular way of making iced coffee.

Awkward size
I thought I would like the tall skinny pitcher but it’s too tall to get cleaned properly by the dishwasher and too skinny to handwash easily. Functions well as a cold brew maker but not great on the washing side
