We have made this beer before and loved it. I returned my last pkg because the 4oz biscuit specialty grain was missing. I received the replacement pkg and it is missing in this one too. Is this not included anymore and just on the ingredients list still?

Everyone loves – even the IPA/Sour drinkers. I did a third as a coffee porter and added peanut butter flavoring to the rest (allergies). The peanut butter smoothed out the coffee bite. Everyone loves!! I will do again. First time on a porter.. usually doing IPA’s. Love! I’m now looking for a chocolate stout or porter and going to do half with raspberry and half with peanut butter. Did a double filtration on this batch. – I’m an amateur.

Was looking for a simple beer kit to get me ready for fall. This one fit the bill and is terrific. Dark, toasty, chocolate undertones, and a great light coffee kick. I recommend getting a gallon grain bag or a sheet of cheese cloth if you don’t have some to strain out the coffee grounds since one isn’t included.
