Very nice drinkable Pale Ale
My wife gave me this kit for Christmas. It’s a very nice very drinkable beer. I like ales to have a bit more hop flavor then this one. But it’s still very nice. It has more of a sweet flavor then hop bitterness.It’s been in the keg now for 6 days so the carbonation, is just wright now.
