This is the best purchase I have made in regards of espresso machine. I always been a big fan of Nespresso and Breville and when I heard Breville make the top of the line Nespresso machine I jumped on it. Yes it is pricey but soooo convenient. This machine makes your coffee and froth your milk all together without having to go back to the machine and push a button or using and other devise. It uses original capsules which are easier to found then the Vertuo capsules. This machine is for the espresso, cappuccino, lungo and latte lovers. It offers so many different coffee but do not offer the mug size like the Vertuo one. I am in love with the machine and I do not regret buying it.

This was a Christmas gift. Showed up and the manufacturer box was damaged, the outside(shipping) box was in good shape. The contents were also damaged. There were 3 dents in the machine itself and some scratches. Some of the samples were broken open. It was to late to order a new machine so this one had to do.

Firstly, I like to say that I do love this machine. Streamlines my mornings, and is so convenient. It looks great and a beautiful addition to my kitchen counter. I’ve purchased a ton of pods, and they were received within 2 days. That being said, I saw a good deal for this machine on Amazon and pulled the trigger at about $780. Based on prices on Nespresso, this seemed like a fantastic deal. However, after receiving this machine, I came to learn that this isn’t the same model (there are different models of the PRO). The main difference being that it does not brew coffee and froth milk simultaneously; a Creatista Pro attribute which Nespresso boasts about. This may not be of major significance, but it is worth noting. Knowing you are getting a lesser machine, the price discrepancy seems to make more sense. Although I do love the machine, I do feel like I purchased this machine under false pretences. After opening and using, I do not think I could return, so I will write this review to help potential purchasers to be aware.

Itâs amazing! Best Nespresso!!
I love this machine so much. Itâs the best Nespresso machine ever. I have had it for a month now. So easy to make all the drinks and I feel like an expert barista. Everything tastes amazing. I glad I got this.

The best coffee ever
I was staying in Madrid at an apartment where they had this machine. I have been a long time Nespresso enthusiast and I have a very good machine, but this coffee tasted so much better that I ordered it immediately. It is by far the best Nespresso machine I have ever used. It is very intuitive to use, as well.

Descaling and Computer Issues
I spent a great deal of money on this useless machine! The machine goes into descale mode constantly. I have no hard water; I only use purified water. I called the company, and they told me to descale and then leave the machine dormant for 30 minutes after every descale! What!!!!, Then I was told to unplug it after the descale for an hour to reset the computer because it might be stuck. I’m usually a big Breville fan, but I do not recommend this machine.

THE BEST!
I highly recommend this machine if you like a good espresso and dont have time for the super fancy stuff. Its fast and efficient and makes a great espresso/ and or lattes. I love the look and style of it-super modern and goes with my kitchen…not to mention its super user friendly. The touch screen is a game changer and the automatic milk frother saves time( you dont have to froth it yourself like some of the others ). Lastly- it self cleans pretty well…..for the price well worth it. 5 STARS!!

Awesome, Super Convenient
Originally I wanted a traditional espresso machine, ended up getting this because I’m not that passionate about coffee to the point where I want to grind my beans and pack my portafilter every single time I want a cup, especially not when Im serving to others.Speaking aside from the ethical values of Nestle this thing is flippin awesome. Having a great tasting cup of coffee every single morning is like no other. It’s pricey for most people who are used to traditional filter coffee but in the grand scheme of things I personally see its worth.The great thing also is that Nespresso has very little protections around these traditional coffee cups which has allowed many companies to make their own which are more in line with what I like in terms of taste and morality.Awesome little machine, definitely recommend you get, definitely recommend you get some syrups, non nespresso cups, etc.

Not perfect but fill the purpose
Well, itâs not a real espresso machine, based on the quality & amount of coffee made by my Breville Barista pro that is at the same price. But it definitely an upgrade to other Nespresso original or Keurig. What I really like is the auto foamer that does a decent job. Customized menu and LED screen is nice to have but not necessary. It fills the purpose as a fast coffee maker w/ ok coffee quality, I can give it that.

Do NOT Purchase!!!!
This is the second Breville machine I purchased in a month. The first time the machine broke with in three weeks. The machine powers off during the foam/froth cycle. Then shuts down and does not turn back on. We returned the first machine thinking it was just a defected item. The new machine has started to do the same thing, this time with in 5 days; Power off in the middle of the steam cycle and not turning back on. I have called Breville to try to talk to customer service, was sent to a call back que but never called back. When I tried to call to wait on hold, a recording told me to wait for a return phone call and was disconnected. The machine would be great if it worked as it should. Easy to use and makes great coffees. Now we are stuck with dozens of Nespresso pods and not machine to use them it. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Breaks within a few days/weeks, customer service stinks. Buyer Beware
