Love it…the size..the weight… The design. Update..I always washed this cup by hand, mainly because I really did like it… On November 10, >30 days after purchase, I picked it up and the handle came off. If purchased please be extra vigilant handling this fragile thing

Third time was the charm
UPDATE: This company read my review and responded by replacing both mugs! Now that is excellent customer service! I have had the mugs for six months, and so far, no problems with the handles. I have to admit I was a bit fearful of holding them by the handle with a full cup of hot coffee. Whether it was just a bad lot last time, or shipping that may have weakened the handle, I can’t tell you. However, the two I have now are holding up well, so I am changing my rating to five starts. I guess the third time was the charm.This color of this mug is beautiful, so even though the handle broke last time, I bought it again, thinking it was something I had done.Well, Iâve only had this one for a month, and it has happened again. For the price of this mug, it should be much sturdier. Do not buy.

Love the mugs, but wrong color
I have tried to order this mug twice in this color, and each time, they sent me the wrong color. I love this type of mug and use it daily (in a different color that is no longer listed here), but when you order this color (multi-color rose/beige), they send the wrong color.

Best cups money can buy!
These cups are the best cups I have found in the 67 years I’ve been around. They fit three fingers through the handle and my thumb rests comfortably on top. The angle of the cup keeps fluids from swishing side to side and accidental spills. The main reason I’m writing is because the first one I got had a little bubble in the handle and I got the cup close to a year ago and I just contacted them about it when I got my last one. They are sending me a new cup. I am so appreciative of a company with 1st class customer service. To me, it’s just as important as the product itself. 5 Stars! And I would recommend these cups to anyone who loves a hot cup of coffee in the AM.

Such A Pretty Mug
This is another great product from Bosmarlin. I own several of their mugs. I found this one to be a really pretty color. The surface is so smooth and the size is perfect for a cup of coffee. This would make a nice gift too. Great quality. I just have to decide what color to order next time. Highly recommended.

I ordered the royal blue and this is like a lavender ??? Thereâs also no gradient effect and it has a weird hold like itâs slippery. Will return.
