Perfect
I love this beautiful cup. I love that itâs bigger than most like this and its sleeve is not silicon, which got sliced on my first attempt with a ceramic travel cup. It fits in my car cup holder beautifully and holds a larger amount of my warm beverage, which is the only way I drink them.

So disappointed
I bought this cup to take my coffee to work. The coffee was cold before I left the house. It doesnât keep the coffee warm at all. Iâll never buy this product again

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
I wanted a mug that was:1) really, really large;2) ceramic, so that it gets hot on the outside so I can nurse it with my hands;3) no handle – so it fits in my car cup holder4) with a lid.It looks and feels great. I might wish it was a *bit* smaller (since itâs quite huge) but I still love the size.The only annoying this is that the lid is VERY hard to pull off once it is on. It fits on so tight.

Ceramic Tumbler Made Right
For those of you that have been looking for a travel mug that holds enough beverage but also doesn’t leak! These lids though… ð, great suction and tight seal to the mug, I had to use both hands to pop it up.Travel wise, I did buy the bigger size because I like my beverage to last most of the morning. It fits into the cup holder fine and it does wobble due to the slight curve it has however it doesn’t tip over, depending on the size of your vehicles cup holders of course as that may differ.Highly recommended for the ceramic lovers out there, I’m in love and bought two of these to replace disposable togos!

Daily Use, My Favorite Tea Mug
I can’t stop using this. It immediately became my first choice for my daily tea.The glaze has this awesome, unique look that makes it feel like art. Each one has slightly different glaze patterns so it really feels handcrafted.The size is PERFECT – it holds a generous 20 ounces, which means fewer refills. Despite the large capacity, it feels just right in my hand – it’s not too heavy, but it’s substantial enough to feel like quality.The seal is OK for a ceramic mug, but honestly, I don’t use the lid much. But I DO use the sleeve. Otherwise it’s going to burn me, but yay! I don’t have to drink from plastic or steel – there’s something so much more satisfying about ceramic.I dropped this thing and somehow it’s still perfect – no chips. IMHO, this thing has been worth every penny.Best impulse purchase I’ve made since the last time I treated us to some Bosmarlin reactive glaze mugs 😉

Amazing Cup & Customer Service
This is an amazing travel mug! Keeps my hot beverages hot and looks good and you won’t burn yourself with the leather cozy that is included. Shortly after receiving my cup, the lid broke due to operator error (aka my son) when washing. I reached out to the company to sew if I could purchase a replacement lid without having to repurchase the entire cup. Not only did they respond in a VERY timely manner but very understanding and patient getting the details and shipping a new one as soon as they had them available. I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend. The only question they asked was what caused the lid to break. I explained and no further question besides shipping address was needed. They only requested I respond to them and let them know when the new lid arrived. They are awesome!

Good size without being too tall.
Ceramic leaves coffee tasting like…coffee. Excellent. Leaves no metallic taste like a stainless steel tumbler. Substantial 20 oz. Perfect for a Starbucks venti. Lid secures well. Hot grip collar is a nice touch – not always needed but good to have.
