Great product! Lots of power!
I had this same brand that I bought several years ago but it never worked as well as this new model. This works great even in thicker milk. I use almond milk. It foams it up really fast w/less milk than the older one. I LOVE it!!

VERY HAPPY
I initially almost returned this item because I thought it was defective (after charging, the light did not turn green to indicate it was fully charged). This is what I learned: Sometimes the green light does come on but if the unit is moved slightly it goes right back to red. So, just leave it in the changer in between major use times and don’t worry about what color the light is. We use ours a lot and it lasted for 3 years on the rechargeable battery. We use it to mix powered vitamins into juice or kefir and protein power into almond milk 6x/day. I have a glass of soapy water that is always next to the kitchen sink that I spin it into after using, then rinse with clear water under the faucet, dry with a kitchen towel nearby and put on a stand that I have from another battery operated one (a non-rechargable one that took 2 AA batteries but I had to change them too often so I prefer this rechargeable one) until I am finished with that use session; then I set it up to recharge. VERY happy with this product and just bought another one because the rechargeable battery finally died. The only thing I don’t like about it is having to plug the wire back into the base to set it to recharge twice a day– the wire finally breaks down after 3 years of that and I have to wiggle it get the red light to come on showing it is charging. I also wish there was a stand that came with it to just hang it onto if not recharging– I’m lucky that I had a stand from another product but it would have been a pain if I hadn’t. Having said all this: Look at the low price I paid for product that lasted 3 years of heavy use!UPDATE: After only 3 months my second purchase failed. It would no longer charge. I hope I can contact the seller and get a replacement.

My favorite handheld frother
My favorite handheld frother because I donât need to keep changing the batteries. I just charge it. It charges fast and it holds a charge for a long time. Also very fast & strong when frothing that makes it thick and creamy. (See image attached with the froth)

We use this everyday instead of a spoon to mix our coffee. I use Collagen & this mixes it in well. No clumps.

Great frother..but…
I wanted this product to be rechargeable and not battery powered. When we first got it we charged it for an hour (until the light was green) and we tried using it and it wouldnât work. We were about to put it back in the package to return it and we tried to turn the silver bottom a bit and it worked! So if it doesnât work for u try to rotate the silver bottom (picture inserted of what Iâm talking abt) it does a great job at frothing. I recommend.

Frother separated from base after 2 months of gentle use.
Company sucks no response to below or phone call…never called me back..broke after 1 monthThis is our second Bon Jour Latte Frother. Our first one lasted 2 years. Our replacement broke after only 10 weeks of use. The Frother separated from the base and is unusable. Hoping the seller will consider sending us a replacement as it was certainly defective!

Our favorite frother of all time!
I really like the length of the shaft on this product versus many other models. I also love having the electric re-charger rather than battery operated. I have had NO issues with this purchase. This frother gets a lot of use in my household and when it is time to re-charge it doesn’t take a lot of time for the light to turn “green”. I highly recommend this frother. I have used many frothers in my lifetime of coffee drinking and the Bonjour is our family’s favorite!

Perfect for Lattes
We’ve owned three (3) of these BonJour Primo frothers. First one was great until I knocked it off the kitchen counter with moderate force and it blew apart. Second one, now in use, is great. This model is so functional due to the on/off button being placed for easy, effortless use. We purchased a third one, put away for later use. I did knock this one to the floor and managed to reassemble it and it works perfectly. I’m trying to be more careful. Having tried other brands and models, I think the BonJour Primo Latte Rechargeable Hand-Held Beverage Whisk/Milk Frother is the best of class.
