Great all around, everyday mugs
This review is for the “old school” single-walled glass mugs, not the double-walled ones.Nice, heavy glass mugs of a familiar style that will fit into any kitchen. I really love being able to see what’s in the cup. These are heavy and substantial in the hand, with a nice quality feel to them. Surprisingly tough and resilient, considering they’re made of glass. They take hot and cold liquids like a champ, and come out of the dishwasher looking perfect. What more do you want?As has been pointed out, yes, there are seams along the edge of the handle and the opposite side, where two halves were obviously slapped together. So what? People who whine about this and complain how it hurts their delicate little hands crack me up. Look, I’m a bit on the nit-picky side in general, and honestly, given the very reasonable price of these mugs, I. could. not. care. less. about this. Doesn’t bother me one bit. If I want fancy, I totally understand that I should expect to pay for fancy. These are not fancy, just very nice everyday use mugs.Highly recommended!

Lovely mugs
These glass mugs are lovely. The glass is just thick enough to feel sturdy without being too think and feeling clumsy in the hand. Very asthetically appealing to see your morning coffee it in.

Love drinking coffee from glass
I prefer to drink coffee in a glass cup. The taste seems truer and visually swirling in the cream is lovely. The cups are sturdy yet stylish as a typical Bodum product usually is. I give a 4star rating because they don’t have the extra mile of refinement in the manufacturing but no problem for the price these are great.

Nice quality but do get hot
These look and feel so much nicer than the double walled plastic versions I’ve purchased in the past (that broke surprisingly easily in the dishwasher and otherwise). The only disadvantage these have is they don’t protect your hand from the hot beverage so you have to actually hold them by the handle. Some might say they are on the smaller side but I don’t drink a ton of coffee at a time and have small hands so they are fine to me. See pic…I put a “standard” coffee mug on the right and a pottery barn mug on the left for comparison.

Ideal for coffee or tea
I wasn’t sure what to expect from these but after using them a couple months I can’t go back to anything else. They’re just the right size and don’t stain like ceramic.
