Good coffeemaker, hard to clean water reservoir
Got this to replace an older model, I like the dual brewing options and it seems to work well. However, I wish I had paid attention to the fact that the water reservoir is not removable, making it hard to clean. What makes this worse is that opening the cover gets the condensation to pour right down into the water reservoir, and the only way to drain it is to tip the whole machine over. Design flaw on an otherwise good coffeemaker, I definitely preferred my older model.

Good for the price
For the price, this coffee maker is worth it. Sometimes the keep warm function stays on longer than it is supposed to, and sometimes you get the occasional drip on the sneak a cup function, but all in all, I am happy with the coffee maker. It does what I needed to do, with minor malfunctions, and the iced coffee function, and brew later function, are very nice.

Works well. Iâm learning that simple is better! The carafe is well-balanced and doesnât drip, which is also nice (and apparently uncommon).

Amazing Iced Coffee
Huge fan of this coffee maker. It was very easy to unbox and set up. The iced coffee tastes amazing and the hot coffee doesnât taste lukewarm like other brands. This dual function coffee maker is a good value for what you get.
