Good tasting coffee
This coffee is very good! It has no bitterness to it at all and there’s no bitter aftertaste. The price was great, too. I will buy this brand from now on. I recommend this coffee.

Weak, best on 6oz cup
The taste is okay as long as you’re not making more than 6 oz. A regular size cup like an 8 oz cup it tastes like washed out weak coffee

This Coffee is really Good!
To me, this Coffee tastes like what the upscale restaurants serve. It definitely has an expensive taste, not sure how they pull that off with the low price this sells for.The other GREAT thing is this coffee is usually less than 30Â¢ per K-Cup. If you’re into the budget coffees like I am, this is top-of-the-line in that category by far.

Weak compared to other brands
Not a bad French roast except it produces a weak cup of coffee compared to others. 8 oz selection just doesn’t produce a decent French roast. It appears to need more coffee in the k-cup. By selecting the “strong” button on the Keurig and selecting 6 oz cup, it produces a decent cup but not a coffee I would select in the future.

The Black Pointe Bay coffee pods tasted a little different from the others we have purchased although we cannot determine what the difference is. After we drink a few more, it may come to us.

Great flavor
Never heard of this brand, but it has a great bold flavor. Cups are easy to use & functions well in coffee maker. Strength of coffee is just right. Great price also

Nothing special
This coffee is available as a Morning Blend, a Medium Roast and a French roast. I bought the medium which is what I’m reviewing. The cups are the standard familiar plastic ones, nothing unique or special about them. The use by date on the one’s I got was at least a year in the future, so that means they are relatively fresh.WHERE IS BLACK POINTE BAYIf the name isn’t familiar to you, well there is no such real place as Black Pointe Bay, it is a brand name of what used to be Victor Allen coffee, aka V coffee or Viamo – the brand that you found all over the discount stores in your area. When founder Victor Mondry died recently the brand was sold to Trilliant Food and Nutrition which is rebranding many of their products. I bought it because on that particular day it was the cheapest of any of the brands, under 25 cent per pod.This is not a premium roast. It tastes slightly bitter with a distinct aftertaste that doesn’t make it what I would call the most satisfying coffee I’ve ever tasted but if price is the object, this one is about as low as it gets and it’s not bad for an everyday wakeup cup.YES OR NOIf price is the object, this is certainly one to consider. But if taste is high on your list, there is nothing special o be found here. Not bad, but not great, certainly not enough to earn a five starr best of the best rating.
