The actual coffee is fantastic!
Edited to add: the company reached out to me about my review (below) and that plus the high quality of the product will keep me a loyal customer! Those two bags get 2/5 stars, but overall Iâm still at 5/5 would recommend for bizzy :)Love this brand of coffee. Long-time customer and was delighted to find these cold brew bags for a reasonable price!Iâve purchased these a couple of times before and never had problems, but this time I opened one of the pouches of brew bags and found multiple brew bags had holes in them at the edge, like they hadnât been sealed completely. It was evident for some brew bags immediately when I opened the pouch, but for others it became evident when they were soaked. It was a mess, and there were only two usable brew bags. I was hoping to get a refund or replacement but it appears that is not an option. Iâm pretty disappointed.Including photos that show a few of the defective brew bags, all the grounds loose in the pouch of brew bags, and the lot number of the pouch.

Great taste, easy to make
I purchased this with the objective of finding a more economical and better tasting alternative to Starbucks’ ice coffee. This product met both of those objectives! The price point is better and the “Smooth and Sweet” blend isn’t nearly as bitter as that of Starbucks. It’s important to note that this coffee is NOT sweet/flavored, if that’s for what you are looking.The iced coffee is very easy to make. Just drop the packet(s) into the pitcher, add water and let it sit for 20-24 hours. A couple of notes on this. I only use one packet, not two as directed. If I let it sit for 24 hours, the iced coffee is brewed strong enough and tastes great. And, by using one packet per batch, I get twice as many batches of brewed coffee from my purchase. I also brew it in the refrigerator, not on the counter at room temperature, as they instruct. This doesn’t seem to negatively affect the flavor.Overall, very happy with this purchase and I would recommend this product to others.

Best at-home cold brew you can buy
Iâm not a coffee snob but I would consider myself specifically a cold brew snob. I always buy their espresso blend and truly itâs a flavor you can distinguish. It has that nice crisp cold brew quality but the espresso gives it just enough body for a chocolaty flavor. A huge plus is that it has a lot of caffeine even more than other cold brew drinks claim. I originally found this company by buying the bottled version in store and I will say the bottled version is 2x as good!!! However lately itâs been easier for me to just order through here and make it myself instead and I usually brew it for 20hrs for a nice strong flavor. Definitely recommend!!!

Great cold brew option – grounds in cup though
I really like this product. It’s very easy to prepare and is NOT acidic like other cold brews/concentrates. I followed the instructions and let the coffee brew on the counter overnight, then put it in the fridge and it stays there for a long time. Once I left my pitcher in for 2 weeks and the coffee was still great. Once I pour the water I make sure that the coffee bags are fully under the water and I brew the coffee for at least 12hr. The flavor is smooth and delicious but still has that strong coffee kick. The bags do a pretty good job of keeping the grounds together however you will still have some in your cup and I personally get heartburn from drinking the grounds with my coffee so I stopped drinking it. I tried it with hot water as well (they say you can on the bag) and the bags ripped open… big mess to clean up so maybe don’t do it. Unless you put their bags into your own cheesecloth bag. I think it tastes good but could be improved. the price is fair in my opinion. Considering you only need a pitcher and water, the total cost of producing your coffe is uite low, compared to nespresso, drip or worse… starbies.

Great but pricey
When you figure itâs 2 big âtea bagsâ per pitcher, one bag didnât last me long. For how much coffee you can make, I think itâs too expensive. Great coffee and no problems making it, just outside the budget.

DISAPPOINTMENT! Defective & no replacement
Just about ALL of the cold brew bags are busted open )9 out of 12)! The entire package is full of loose coffee grounds. This product was a back up for my original cold brew brand and apparently is not available to return OR replacement! What kind of a company doesnât offer a replacement when they send you a product that is damaged????? The bags are cheaply made and ALL split at the seam. Looks like Iâll be chewing my cold brew and NEVER order this brand again. DONâT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
