Right of the box when I started using it, it would not pump the water and shut off right after and sometimes it would pump but it would leak water to the tray where the pods fall after use. So I end up returning it and bought a Nespresso instead.

Doesn’t pour correctly
I bought this just over a year ago and it has always been really loud… As of the last 5 months or more the pour isn’t as strong as it use to be; it’s literally a slight trickle. When it’s done pouring the loung pour, I don’t not even get a single shot. I recently noticed that the water doesn’t seem to be making it all the way to the pour spout, as the catchtray is filling up with the espresso that is not making it to my cup. I’ve even tried poking extra holes in the pod to help with water flow (maybe there wasn’t enough room for the water to actually flow properly…?), but that did not help. I did purchase the warranty, but it was never shipped. I would not recommend buying this product as it has not worked properly since about 6 months into use, it’s noisy, and it is wasting the majority of the espresso I’m paying for!!!

UPDATE: After reading some bad reviews, I decided to mess with the plug a bit, and the machine has worked without glitches ever since! I will say this doesnât make the espresso as hot not as frothy as the nespresso, but at least itâs working and the espresso is still tasty!I shouldâve returned this within the first month, after it started glitching, but itâd always managed to start working again, albeit after an annoying period of waiting and trying to turn it on and off until itâd magically start up again. I figured it was just âtouchyâ and I had to work with it (whatever that means). Today, my hand slipped and I accidentally stopped the machine right after starting it, and it hasnât worked again since. Youâd think (HOPE!!!) this wouldnât be a deal breaker on an appliance, but for this China junk, it sure is.If I could do it all again, Iâd have just bought the Nespresso. Those at least last a few (or 10+) years. This thing has lasted me 2 months. What a waste of money. Just buy the quality appliance- this is not that ð

This is the third machine I buy, got rid of all my Nespresso cause they kept on breaking this one is amazing. Well made manual no gadgets works perfectly.

I am not actually quite sure what to say with my experience. It is quite small, but I suppose it is what you would want beside your main coffee machine; a very compact espresso maker that takes up less room on your counter. It looks fine. Very tiny.Um…. the power button would not work at first, but eventually it clicked in after several long presses. As for the espresso function, it works most times you try to use the buttons….. other times the machine just growls at you for a long while and drips for like 4 seconds and then stops, leaving you confused. The machine is somewhat bi-polar. I am not sure how to feel about it for this reason. The sound in general is extremely loud. Keep in mind you need the right size of tiny cup to receive the espresso. I have some thankfully, but you might not.
